This is re antibody detection. But for those who come across this, this suggest LFT less efficient for Antibody detection.
Notably LFT tests deployed here are unlikely ( certainly?) not affirmer based, as this is of course a new tech application.

Affirmers applied in this context will also being researched.

Knowing the team, they will produce the goods,having done this for a ‘contemporary’ ie similar virus.
It’s a matter of application of past tech.
It will be a great achievement.

Many thanks for splendid analysis. Am buoyed up by reading the detail in p7 para 3 . Ie that it took only 13 weeks to develop the Zika virus affirmer for the specialised flow test .
This ,one assumes , bodes well for a Covid 19 test being generated swiftly( as a timescale such as this for the ‘first pass ‘ at a similar virus demonstrates).
The knowledge gleaned will no doubt help significantly too.
