Either great licensing deals ,or let it go to allow exploitation of the tech.it’s impossible that in current format the tech. can be used globally at lower cost(see AS heartfelt comment at SD)
AS etal, will have to move soon on this…both to ensure objective above,and financially maintain progress.
A large pharma involved/buyout is a preferable ,swifter mechanism to achieve these objectives.

Gmcc, great link and the key phrases is ‘ abundant cash’. In my day the overall view was ‘gently gently catchee monkey’( sorry if this isn’t PC) . The current climate as I understand from contacts is it’s all a bit desperate. Great science is rare. Av has ‘ created/ discovered/ worked out a great position here, with spread options for the Affimer application base.
It’s a gem.. and the Bio Pharma ‘ family’ are all chaffing at the bit…3/6 m max.
