This company needs to wake up!

Mr Diamond, Quinton Hennigh is another name I would throw in the ring. Someone like him must have an interest in KDRs Northern Ireland licenses. He put Bob Moriarty on to CGNR apparently and I watched a speech last week where Hennigh was talking about making Ireland great again on the world mining stage . He joked about calling it the MIGA movement. He seems very keen on Ireland. One to watch. And he is interested in copper.

Good point Focus4, it’s easy to forget what KDR have and why we are here. Yes the negative and it’s a huge negative, is the awful share price performance. But I do think management will turn this situation around. Hopefully soon.

Use this forum to share research if you have it , or share opinions about the company etc. it’s juvenile to be throwing insults at the major shareholder, especially when so blatantly obvious that he has been adding to his holding and putting his money where his mouth is for years. He continues to add to his holdings even though the company share price has never done him any favors, nor any of us for that matter. Your constant bashing of the largest shareholder is very disrespectful, one has to wonder if the why you are so taken with hoops. Just weird , and all here can see it for what it is. Hoops, you make an interesting point, it would be good to get some big money behind this, be it a financier or a mid tier . DD, or somebody with a similar profile would fit the mould. He is definitely smart enough, and must be aware of KDR, given that it’s an Irish company. I still think Canadian money will come in…… certainly re Northern Ireland .

We know Lahtojoki has pinks, greens, yellows, reds and Anomaly 5 has at least greens. KDR have all the best kimberlites in Finland and a potential province. If news comes of a potential partner then all will change here. So it all comes down to whether you believe some company or investor will seize the opportunity as first mover. The upside, in my biased view, is too great to overlook for either a mid tier looking to make a name for themselves p, or a savvy investor with deep pockets. It’s as simple as that . Where is this stock coming from? Stinks

Another month gone by and the only news is another TR1 from the major shareholder. The news flow vacuum is depressing here.

This is niche market stuff with pinks, greens, yellows, reds. Argyle is closed now so the world is minus 90% of its supply of pink diamonds. Rio Tinto carried out their last sale of argyle pink diamonds at the end of 2025. KDR know the significance of their pink diamonds at Lahtojoki. Apparently the percentage of gem diamonds there is 60%. Sustainable, coloured diamonds from Europe will be very marketable.

Agree again infinityx. Also that small fundraise last June didn't come with any warrants attached. Very unusual for KDR. That suggested to me that it was the last discounted placing and they just needed money until partner comes in. Whether its a mid-tier or an investor that comes in, they could do great as first mover.

Yes they said in the last interview in summer that they would be talking to potential partners over next 6 months. Now 7 months, so hopefully something soon.

Infinityx, I tend to agree with you. Can all change very quickly.

Back in 2021, First Equity put a target price of 35p on KDR, based only on Lahtojoki. This was prior to KDR even having the mining permit that was approved in 2025. The current share price at 0.5p is 1/70 of that 35p target price. This is crazy undervalued and offers massive upside from here. That my biased view of course, however, as the great prof always said….. “things can all change very quickly.” Whilst he is sadly no longer with us, his vision for KDR remains. Let’s hope it sparkles sooner rather than later!

I expect they will have a mark on them and sell for quite a premium. Perhaps Rio Tinto’s change of focus from diamonds provides an opportunity for someone else to swoop in and make a name for themselves. Certainly will be interesting to see what materializes now Lahtojoki has planning permission .

That’s a very good point. They need to do the same for KDR. The first mover with Lahtojoki can build a processing hub there to sample Kuhmo assets including Seitapera, Riihivaara, Kuhmo 1 and possibly the newer large license in Lentira that KDR have. It’s a great opportunity to have fancy Nordic, European diamonds. Fancy diamonds from Finland will be a marketing dream!

Company needs to up their communications with shareholders and get a move on!

The company needs to show urgency for KDR. I do not think it’s realistic for the company to expect shareholders not to ask questions and need answers.

There are not many people following this company, but those who do invariably know their onions. Feels like we’re playing second fiddle to CGNR. That needs to change. Either re-merge them or concentrate on both equally. CGNR is years away from a mine or planning permission, KDR has mining permission since last summer. Either way, please don’t allow the current situation of the ridiculous KDR share price to linger on. It’s depressing to see, when many know KDR is potentially a very valuable company.
