Is the farm out scout group Sidi tweet a positive or a negative? Are they now actively looking to farm out Sidi because it is now coming into play as the backup plan? Is there a read through here that the seismic from phase 1 and now phase 2 Tendrara not looking as good as first thought?

it is likely since they were not in any way far from the bid or the ask that they were in fact just roll overs. Otherwise we would have seen a larger movement in either direction IMO.
