Everyone appreciates that the whole world is facing a severe crisis, but surely the company should have informed us that we should of been getting x amount in dividend for the first quarter, but due to what’s going on with the economy they can’t afford to at present but expect to start paying them again by a certain date, and what amount they forecast that to be? We are just sat in the dark being asked to vote on something that nobody has really got a clue about or what state the company is in at present.

Some people can’t see the wood for the trees.

Price crashes yet again and then think it must be the traders, 10%ers and derampers causing it. Don’t you even consider it might be down to the company and the CEO?

Whatitsworth he will just come back with a non committal reply, I doubt he will say a straight yes or no. But to them GR saying news is imminent if we vote yes to ceiling raise is all the reason they will need.

They always say they will put their foot down until it comes to actually doing it. Best just switching off to it all as the ceiling raise is going to happen. If it was upto me though I would try and delay it until after news.

But people will lazily say we can’t get news until we vote in GR favour.

Drusus, I agree that even though a lot of people are getting caught up in the ride, including me, I like most here don’t have a emotional attachment to the company outside of their investment.

Or you certainly shouldn’t as that’s when people get in trouble with investments.

What are people expecting from the week ahead? Feeling positive? GLA.

We should say we agree to the ceiling raise, but only after the positive outcome has been released from circum, if he believed it was imminent surely he would agree. I don’t believe that he has a clue when it is due and as others have said he is dangling that again in the hope we will all vote in his favour.

People say we’ve got to trust him and that the extra shares will go for this and that which will transform the company and pretend to be surprised when people are sceptical after 5 years of comical/criminal running of the company. If the share price had slowly but steadily risen over the last few years and projects were coming along nicely I don’t think anyone would have a problem with him issuing more shares as we could see what would become of them.

I know he holds a lot of shares himself, but if he really cared about the share price or shareholders and he truly believed the extra shares would be a game changer for the company he would offer to step down with a replacement lined up as part of the deal if passed for the extra shares. Just my opinion, of course.

Socialist, I am glad you would settle for a 30,000% return on your investment haha but we can all dream. I can’t see us realistically becoming a miner, and not much point when we can carry on with our current business model with our other projects. And after HAV we should have a much improved reputation with a track record and we have got a relatively trustworthy CEO, some of the things sorely lacking in 99.9% of aim companies.

If HAV turns out like we are ‘expecting’, it should put us in a stronger position when it comes to the next JV so should get preferable terms compared to this time. GLA.

Whether ACKER is invested at the minute or not isn’t really the issue. The questions he asked are relevant in whether or not we should let GR spend more of our money or not.

For the past year if anyone has suggested GR will dilute further they have been shouted down saying he hasn’t got anymore head room to issue more shares and if he asks for more head room we will all obviously vote against it. Now it has come to it you are all saying how could you vote against GR when it will be transformational to the company.

I hope it will be transformational for the company, and I hope you are all just naive and get taken in by all his promises, although I highly doubt it. More likely is that you’re massively underwater and desperately wanting something to come so you don’t have to admit to yourself that you over exposed yourself on an aim investment and you’ve lost the majority of it. A more sinister reason would be these people have got connections with the company and have other interests in pumping the company.

I understand people being positive but as soon as someone talks down to someone else for questioning the spending of our money, and implies that nothing negative can possibly happen on the back of it is ridiculous. And then saying he’s implied EPO is imminent so it must be June, without any sense of irony....are you taking the ****? GLA.

ACKER it would appear magoo has finally lost the plot. Being that underwater with a risky investment can do that to you. Hope it comes good for us all especially him.....he must really need it haha.

Magoo the reason no one takes you even a little bit seriously is that if anyone doesn’t agree with your mindless posting with no substance, you say ignore them. Why don’t you answer them and prove them wrong if you believe any of what you post?

The more over the top you go with your predictions the more obvious it is that you’re underwater and in a desperate situation. Might stress you out less if you take a step back and see what happens.

Yes I think I am stating the obvious, but whether other people see it as that is another story. Could do without everyone saying after tomorrow that EPO must be Friday as he’s given us a cryptic message. Or RHA must be a couple of weeks away from being profitable because what GR alluded to.

All he will say is he’s optimistic, can’t divulge too much, round the corner, looking promising, any day now, he’s doing everything in his power, it’s a waiting game, out of his hands. You could literally play a drinking game and have a shot every time he uses one of his power phrases.

I’m sure after it everyone will be so happy for the dilution and can not wait for it to happen, part of the master plan. I still think be patient and could see .3 in the near future, despite GR, not because of him.

After the webinar tomorrow everyone will be on saying we’ve been promised this and that, George has promised. Think it will be a few months still before we see the .3 that I have been looking forward to.

I like the fact that they say this will multi bag soon and ignore when the price is collapsing, then when it goes up a few % they give themselves a little clap on the back as they’ve been saying it all along.

People come out with some **** on here. Big buy comes in and it’s a leak, big sell and conspiracy theories come out haha would bet my life that it is probably one of the couple of people who ramp this to death every day.

ACKER what price will you buy back in if it drops tomorrow?

As much as ACKER changes his mind every few hours depending on if he’s bought or sold, he has got a point. Surely can’t expect us to be happy with our CEO investing our money when we haven’t got a clue what state that company is in at present. And before people start saying 6 months ago or a year ago, we have seen with this company how much can change in a matter of days.

Iky it is fair question, one not many people will give you an answer to on here. Fact is it is no different whatsoever unless it lands no matter how much to the contrary people tell you. I like everyone else is doing nothing but crossing our fingers and hoping for the best.

Beware of anyone who says this time it can’t fail, they are underwater and selling into the rise, think you will be able to spot the ones doing this quite clearly.
