I guess he did, if the warrants are exercised: 4 x 53p + 80p / 5 = 58.4p.

And the big question is if we all would have taken up the shares at 59p when the sp was 61p at the time, coming from the 6p - 13p range where it stayed for years.

If you look at the RNS's of ION and Noked you can see the amount of shares they own is 3.9% and 9.3241% of a total of just over 847 mln shares.

Thus on Friday our total amount shares already was 847 mln and our market cap was around 610 mln GBP. See also https://www.google.com/finance/quote/RKH:LON

Good to see someone is willing to buy 18-19 million shares at 75.8p. Nice support level for the next leg up. And the seller is content to secure a multi bagger at that price and might get a lot of shares back as part of the 53p placing. Both sides show confidence in an imminent FID.

Not quite true, Happy. Cairn Energy was also very much interested and bidding against PMO. Thus Simon Thomson and Paul Maynard have known Sea Lion for a long time and are a valuable addition to the BoD.

At the AGM Simon said ;-) it is very common that farm-in partners make a deal after FID and especially after first oil. That definitely makes sense from a risk point of view.

People seem to forget that contrary to the new Israeli investors who participate in the Placing, we already had the opportunity to obtain 6p shares and 9p warrants.

And due to the miraculous sp rise after the AGM, all of us participating have had a 12 bagger. I wish them the same and the sp to hit 702 pence.

Hi SpaceHoppa, to make you feel a bit better, when you add the 80p warrants the average placing price is not 53p, but nearer to 58.5p. Just to remind you at the AGM we were in the 40's and the 60 day weighted average was much lower then. Personally I was expecting a 42p placing at the time.

The fact that we could now be fully funded for the next three years should not be underestimated. Especially in the current investment market we would not be able to do the same if we had to rely on UK II's. It's a good thing, thanks to Navitas, we now have access to the Israeli capital market.

And to sweeten the deal I'll buy you one of those pink drinks you seemed to like so much at next years pre-AGM 😄
