Les, I believe that this is a genuine trade and not a worked sell. If you take this volume out of the totals then yesterday’s PLUS today’s volume doesn’t add up anywhere near 20 mil. I think a TR-1 is coming.

Gideons, the SP is going up … good fundamentals, considerably improved sentiment and now a very bullish chart.

Nothing goes up in a straight line, so these pullbacks give an opportunity to jump onboard or increase holding.

IMO, this healthy pullback presents a nice buy/add opportunity for those with funds.

BV, I agree. Angus will go it alone. I believe that GL will reject all offers.

Tigra, holly macaroni … that is another 12.5 mil shares recorded after hours! An offer is possible (and will be good for the SP) but I do not believe that George will accept it.

Tigra, is happy days ahead … but I do not believe for a moment that GL will agree to a sale of Angus.

IMO, what is likely to happen is for the SP to rise (substantially from here) in anticipation of first gas. Then, when the gas flows, in all likelihood the 5 MMSCFD will be met buoying the SP a little more. When the side track is drilled, if successful the SP will rise even more … and by year end when Angus is debt free … need I say more? :)

Ofcourse anything on Lidsey or on Brockham (on Balcombe?) as all this is happening will add more fuel to the SP advance.

Great day Gideons, good volume … a new 52-week intraday high at 1.60p … and a nice finish with a 52-week high close. What’s not to like :)

RT, is disappointing that we pulled back from the day’s high, yes, but the Finnish is far from poor - is the highest close of the year (52-week high close).

We so traded relatively high volume today (93 million shares) clearing out traders at this relatively high SP level, forming a good solid support now. Similar volumes tomorrow will see us much higher, fingers crossed.

What you need to remember is that Angus is going to be debt free by the end of this year.
