What is this nonsense about a placing coming? This deduction because the authority to issue shares in the AGM resolutions? - Hello!!!! … this is AIM. In general, AIM companies get authority to issue shares at the AGM.

In case you guys didn’t notice, we had an EGM a few weeks ago for the specific purpose of authorising the issue of shares.

We did have two placings in the last 4 months … and are due to start pumping gas …

BV, not yet. I think we should ask Angus for regular updates, at least daily tweets and an interview every couple of weeks or so until the gas flows.

IMO, in the near term the SP is going to appreciate based on gas flowing from SFB and not from the FSP process.

I agree with BV, the SOU deadline will be extended. The FSP process will keep going until after gas flows. Oil starting at Brockham a bonus.

So we need the focus to be on SFB. Need more Angus PR on SFB - haven’t had an update tweet since Friday - we should be having daily tweets. If possible, aerial pictures from a drone, tweeted by Angus showing the Gas Plant coming together will do a lot to keep interest going.

Morning BV, that’s right, I noticed it too. Very few trades in the first 30 minutes; both buyers and sellers are holding back waiting to see who will blink first lol.

Good sign, the buyers are there and when something triggers them …

Nice to see a pre-open bid at 1.40p and the ask at 2.00p at 20 minutes to eight.

SelfishMcNimby, I don’t own any Egdon shares, the reason I mentioned Egdon (and not any other oiler) is because we are closely related to with Wressle.

Where the SP would be, would have been, is debatable. Anyway, I’ll keep perceived “negative” thoughts to my self from now on, upsetting others is not my wish.

SelfishMcNimby, I am not ramping Egdon … simply annoyed. If it wasn’t for the placing in all likelihood we (EOG) would have been well above 4p by now.,

The Serenity deal supposed to be good for EOG?

Has to be right? After all 25% share in Serenity as per the transaction is worth half the value of the company - EOG float was effectively doubled for this acquisition.

Very strange that people are not holding on to their shares - selling at a mere 11% gain (acquired at 1.8p selling at 2p). 11% gain when there is so much to look forward to?

In the meantime Egdon is at 3.9p heading for 4p and ghigher.
