Not a laughing matter. A placing now, with the current sentiment at zero level, will more or less completely destroy the shareholding of all current PIs.

Very disappointed and annoyed at the failure of the BOD to create interest. Loosing patience here.

Pboo, read it wrong, yes adding at 3.4 was possible ... you guys were lucky! The lowest I managed to add was 3.73p.

Pboo, on the 27th Feb when the market open the first 6 trades are below 3.5p

These 6 trades add up to about 280,000 shares. You may have bought at 3.33p, there are 3 trades at this price, but for somebody else to claim they bought 1 million shares at 3.4p ... is not possible.

Looking at the volumes traded since the placing announcement, the placing shares are gone.

You want to buy now, you got a buy them from the 10%enters.

News of the water plugs arriving ... and will gap up. 10 days maximum could arrive any day now.

Free float: 311,245,6819 ... ... 36.16%

36.16% (311.2 million) are available for trading.

No TR-1 filed, so all the major shareholders still hold their shares ... 63.84% of the float is in strong hands.

On the basis of no TR-1 being filed we can safely assume that whoever has been selling is not a major shareholder, i.e. a 3%+ holder.

3% equates to 25.8 million shares. Could be that a large shareholder or holders have been selling. If one or two of them with a shareholding adding up to 25 million decided to come out ... then this explains the price drop.

The fact is, unless we see a TR-1 to change this, no major shareholder is selling.

They must have almost finished by now, looking at the amount of shares that have been solid in the last few days. IMO, it has bottomed out now.

SuperOwl, I am also financially bruised, there aren’t many PI’s that are not under atm. However, I now have the confidence in Angus recovering and bringing me a good return.

I believe we should support the new BOD and not be fighting them. In any case, with what I have seen so far, it will not be long before confidence in this BOD is established.

I think their logistics Will smarten up.

As JTP tweeted ... watch this space, whilst acknowledging that there has been an issue with this (and back up equipment) under PV.

PV is gone. Personally, I now have faith in the new BOD, time will tell ... but as they say in Greece, “if it is going to be a good day you can tell this from the morning”. Well ... the morning has been good and therefore a good day is coming.

Great communications from Angus since GL took over, no doubt about it.

There is definitely a change ... for the better

Comms have definitely improved ... greatly improved ...

and they do take notice of the feedback that we give them. Right now probably the most transparent company on the AIM.

At this time, for me, Angus is one of the best companies to be in. The shareholder communication has changed and is great.

Peeps will soon realise this and the SP will get to were it belongs relatively fast. The water problems will be resolved and the oil will come out. As we seen from HH and Balcombe test, lots of oil.

Will be topping up again tomorrow because I believe that the rocket engines have already been fired.

And PI’s please change the tune and give the new BOD a chance. Forget the past, PV is no longer with us, support the new BOD.

There was nothing bad in the RNS that we did not suspect. The drop today was probably due to the last of the placing shares being sold.

SuperOwl, fully agree. There were a few good messages in that RNS, certainly a change from before, a positive change. Honesty and willingness to listen has been exhibited by the present BOD.

I just don’t understand how some people are stuck in the past and cannot see anything positive in it now. In 6 weeks under GL we had more RNSs (and more informative) than what we had in more than 6 months under PV.

Yes we have issues but there is now a plan in place to resolve them. IMO is a creaming buy atm. If they keep the info coming, and there is no reason why not, any sight of good news and the SP will gap up.

I am in no doubt it will finish UP tomorrow. The RNS was good.

Wolf, BOD lied before, but that was a different board.

Since Lucan took over all the RNSs contain a lot more truth in them.

Lenigas has sold part of HH and now part of Lidsey, he has his reasons. It does not mean there is no oil down there ... there is. Is coming out of HH every day.

I will patiently hold and add as and when my funds permit. The oil is there ... it will come out.

Makes no sense to be selling at all time lows! EPC news will be out soon, this quarter, hopefully they will surprise us with arranging funding too.

42++ million shares traded so far and the share price is at 4.5p - more are less at the old time low.

Counted large trades since 11AM, 300k and above and they add up to 14+ million shares. Start from the morning and is probably more than double this amount.

Even if Vonk sold out completely today (which is just a maybe, I don’t know) he only had 11.5 million shares in last TR-1. There is more than twice this amount in very large trades. Who is selling?

Too many shares sold at this level near the all time low. There cannot be PIs selling down here and making a profit.

So why sell at a loss, and for many of us selling down here will be a huge loss!

We are at historical lows, yes there was a placing .... and yes Angus f*cked up ...

And yes ... there is oil down there ... it is proven.

These issues will eventually be resolved and they will get the oil out ... then the SP will get up to where it should be.

I never understood people giving their shares away just because others got theirs lower at the placing price. Strictly speaking is time to add some more, if you can, not sell.

Gkb, i didn’t ask them to inform me personally, I asked them to update the market - RNS.

If many of us ask who knows?

We had 2 RNSs in 2 weeks, maybe we’ll get another one this week. Fingers crossed they will keep the info coming.

Has anybody else contacted Angus?

I sent an email and left the same message on the Angus website via the contact us tab. Done this last Saturday. I haven’t got an acknowledgement yet, but I was asking them to update the market.

- We need to know exactly what the issue is,
- what equipment they are waiting for, permits, if any
- Forward plan
- Timeline, when do they expect to be back testing Brockham again?

These reports of site site being abandoned don’t help the SP at all. They should clarify this.

I also asked them to clarify their financial position and see if they can do anything with the dreaded YA loan ... one can hope I suppose.

Drifting down big percentages on very low volume. Makes no sense.

EPC news expected this quarter, hopefully the finance deal will also be concluded.
