Yes we need oil, but an update on Brockham, to explain what is happening will do a lot to boost the SP - the oil is there.

The oil is at HH and the oil is at Balcombe, Brcockham is close by and in the same pool. They must have encountered an issue which very likely they will overcome. If they come clean and explain their plans it will help the SP ... which is more or less at rock bottom now. If they keep quiet, the SP will drift further down.

Just now I contacted Angus on their website and requested just that, I asked that they issue an update on Brockham. I suggest all concerned shareholders do the same. They might get the message.

You guys really don’t want to see any pictures or video of what is going on on site? You rather wait ... wait ... wait for the BOD to issue an RNS? And then the RNS tells you nothing ... we started the test now we are shutting down.

If it wasn’t for any info coming from the eyes the SP could have been down to 4p by now. I for one appreciate their work. Everybody is here to make money.

Scully, is really testing our patience. It follows Ukog SP down but I thought we would have had a news flow from the other assets? GF really needs to break this link with the Ukog SP, which seems to be the only thing that drives the alba SP up or down. We need some more positive PR, something tangible from the other assets.

JohnHenry, excuse my ignorance but how do you get 3 years behind schedule? As per the 2018 company presentation I can see that the DFS is running a maximum of 6 months late, see page 17

And the DFS, I am not an expert, but seems good to me. Yes, the SP nose dived down but on relatively low volume, compared to the volume that propelled the SP up to 8p++. IMO smart money will load up again. EPC news due this quarter?

I don't understand the selling at these low levels, it make no sense - the Company is still there, Balcombe is still there, Lindsey is still there ... and so is Brockham ...

Why sell? But what do I know ... I never thought I will be able top up again at 6.75p !!! but hey ...

Things might not be as bad as they appear to be at present.

The guy appears to understands the value of shareholder communications (PR). This is a very valuable asset., we might see a change in the SP direction soon.

Looks like the oil didn't come out of the ground because there was nobody in charge, more to the point, the BOD was considering its own survival.

Today/'s RNS explains the lack of activity in GiftedGenie video yesterday at Brockham site.

Now that things settled we might see tankers leaving Brockham soon.

Surprised though that Vonk resigned without a fight.

What is needed is … Angus to wake up and issue an update.

13+ million shares traded today, For Angus trading I call it heavy, that is a lot of shares to have the SP going down. When the sentiment was good, the SP was going up on way less volume than that.

If the silence continues we will go a lot lower than 8p ... but this just my opinion, if you are happy with that then you need do nothing. I will keep contacting Angus asking for an update.

This is starting to feel like a run for the exit.

The lack of an update is inexcusable. If the silence continues we will be visiting the lows of 4-6p.

If you are a trader this situation is fine, but if you are a shareholder/investor I suggest you start banging on Angus door asking for information. Looks like failure is being priced in.

The last RNS was on 10th of January, they have 21 days to call an EGM.

The 21 days are up this coming Thursday, so the RNS is on its way.

With a bit of luck we will also have a Brockham update in the same RNS.

The 9p support is now broken and it has now become a strong resistance. The share price has effectively been destroyed again, by the BOD shenanigans. And what do they do ?

It seems that the BOD is fast asleep, to put it kindly. Too busy dealing with the Tidswell nonsense and completely forgotten about us, the shareholders. How much more SP damage before they act?

Time to wake them up by banging on their door.

The news are good, oil is flowing, more wells to be drilled this year at HH ... Brockham about to flow ... and all this on top of the other assets but the SP is not moving!

I think the problem is that the market is still linking Alba with Ukog and the Ukog SP is failing to appreciate. Long silence periods don't help, sentiment is severely dented.

This link with Ukog needs to break, I hope Alba comes up with something good on TBS or Clogau or one of the other assets ... time for that promised news flow to be unleashed. Come on GF let that RNS out.

JPT did big damage to the Angus SP. By the time JTP got his shares back, America2030 already disposed 16 million out of the 39 million shares that JPT transferred to them for “nil-consideration”. The share price during that time fell to a low of 4.25p (all time low) as a result of America2030 selling the JPT shares.

JPT must have broken AIM Regulation’s with the America2030 affair. He is brobably breaking rules now; if he is still under investigation, is he allowed to initiate the move to replace Vonk? I don’t know.

Any opinions? Would there be any benefit to us in reporting him to AIM Regulations? Or will it simply be waste of time?

FCA not being interested makles sence. However, I have been thinking about collating all the RNS (TR-1s, PDMR Shareholding, etc) that relate to the America2030 affair and current EGM and send them all to AIM Regulation to investigate JPT.

Surely he must have broken some of the AIM rules. Also, a Director is oblidged to operate and act in the interest of the Company’s shareholders and clearly JPT is not.

AIM regiulation does take abuse seriously. What is your view on this?

SuperOwl, thanks, I see. I hope all shareholder's follow your suggestion in a post below and contact their broker and ask them to vote their shares, JPT must not win this one.

With regard to the America2030 affair, it is obvious that he broke the rules. In your opinion, should the FCA have got involved? Or is breaking these rules not that serious? I am not familiar withered issues.

Good post, it is clear that JPT did break this agreement whith the America2030 fiasco.

Not sure if I am reading this wrong, but according to this agreement, he must have at least 10% in order to nominate another director? So he must have an accomplice? He only has just over 5% now.

Gkb, Either way, IMO if JPT wins it will be bad news for the shareholders.

JPT's intentions must be self centered, he must have known that this EGM will have a detrimental effect on the SP (and the paper value of his 23 million shares), yet he went ahead and called for it.

As was posted by some below, the intention must be to take the company private and that will not be good for the shareholders.
