The life of me, I don’t understand why they didn’t put one more line in that tweet today. I hope we get some pictures from site soon for Alan to have a look. In the meantime, I do hope the SP holds, wouldn’t feel good to go underwater, yet again.

These trades must be placing shares, priced at 0.33p and being sold at 0.3p! Makes no sense. Volume is low though, going to take an awful long time to get rid of these if volume does not improve.

Taken up my full allocation too. Pity I couldn’t get more, but let’s not be greedy :)

Fair enough, but are we now clear to switch on the taps at Brockham? Or do we need any more permits? Or clearances from the authorities?

Alan, thanks for the reply, value your opinion. Have to wait I suppose, pity Angus is not more proactive.

Alan, what is your view on this? Do you believe that we are still on course for opening the taps by Xmas? Don't you think that if Angus confirmed this in today's tweet, the SP will now be heading north instead of south?

During the last 4 days the SP dropped from over 12p to just over 10p, where it now sits. This wasn't meant to happen leading up to Xmas when the taps are supposed to be turned on at Brockham. The SP was meant to be heading North, not South. Why do you reckon this is happening?

Angus already tweeted about the EA issue today. Why did they not include in that tweet a statement to say we are still on target ??

You might not read much in to it, but the general market that controls sentiment does. The new spanner in the works changed the parameters ... Angus, as far as I know, never mentioned needing permits before switching on the taps.

All good? Looks like the market doesn't think so.

The DoD article is a new spanner in the works ... Angus needs to reconfirm that they are on course for Brockham production before Xmas as promised ... other than that the SP will be under pressure ... and single digit is in sight.

Only re-confirmation of being on schedule for turning the taps on by Xmas will reverse this now negative sentiment.

Angus needs to address the fear of delays.

For Angus to keep quiet today is inexcusable. Will indicate complete and utter disregard for the shareholders.

Angus needs to come up with an urgent clarification to the DoD article. Else we will be looking at single digit SP again! not what was supposed to happen leading up to Xmas. Have we or have we not got an issue. Is production before Xmas still going to happen?

We should all contact Angus asking for a clarification.

penceofpurpose, I have been an Angus holder for quite a while now. Bought on the way down from the 30s, and kept averaging down. Been underwater for quite a while, then went in to paper profit, then back under again and so on. I am now in paper profit, but haven’t sold and got no intentions of selling yet, I am looking for much higher gains, there is lots of oil down there, it is now obvious from the HH and Balcombe tests.

Me, like many others are invested here but do not fully understand the ins and outs of oil exploration. We believe what the company is telling us. Was under the impression that all the permits are in place and is only a case of moving equipment from Balcombe to Brockham and switching on the taps. Yes, Is not Xmas yet, but there are effectively 4 weeks left and there is no sign of starting at Brockham. Now the DOD article. Does cause doubt. That is why is important for Angus to, in view of the DOD article, clarify the issue. if not, the SP is likely to get a battering. Let’s face it, none of us knows why we are still waiting for Brockham to start.

We all did think that the permits were in place. I hope we get some clarification on this tomorrow, I do hope PV follows DOD.

Did PV ever indicate or say that he is waiting for any permits before starting Brockham? What could be holding start at this stage? He had plenty of time to prepare.

I wonder if Angus is aware of the DOD article. If they say nothing tomorrow, the SP is likely to suffer.

Maybe this is the permit Angus has been waiting for before starting Brockham?

IMO, the fall is down to Brockham not starting.

Boston31, thanks. Didn't quite understand the RNS, so submission of shares in to AIM is tomorrow, not the meeting. The vote today will be yes, I expect the SP to start going up shortly. Last chance to top up at this level IMO.
