I am not going to waste any more energy on you, your agenda is obvious. Last post on this.

MPL share price right now is at an all time low of 2p.

You bought two years ago at 60p and managed to massively average down to 1.90p whilst the SP was dropping to 2p. You sold at 2p at the absolute bottom and you made a profit ... miraculous. Obviously, you are not on planet earth.

Also, people forget that Alba is primarily a minerals company, oil is a relatively recent addition, a very clever addition at that by GF. Success will bring income in, with minimal investment compared to extracting minerals and a lot sooner.

Obviously GF believes strongly that there is gold in Clogau and that is why he is accelerating it. Personally, I don’t like any placings but I accept them as necessary until the company is cash positive. I am with GF on this.

Placing before the news is smart move in my opinion. Just imagine what would happen to the SP if good HH KL-3 results were RNS’ed then an Alba placing RNS came out to dampen the enthusiasm and kill sentiment.

The HH RNS is imminent and according to tweeter reports results are likely to be exceptional and if this is the case all about placing will be forgotten.

After that is Brockham and this is the real thing, more oil than HH is expected from here and if all is well production will start before the end of the year ... 5% of profits go to Alba.

All indications are that Alba is about to become a cash generating company before year end ... next month.

I hope you haven’t sold your Angus and Alba shares and didn’t put all your eggs in one basket.

All Weald oil companies will benefit from good HH KL-3 results. 227 million is insignificant when you get an 800 million share trading volume day, they will disappear in a flash, just like the Ukog sharers did earlier on. We had an issue with sentiment here in all of the Weald oil companies but recently Angus sentiment was reversed and is now positive - yet still relies on HH KL-3 results, not so good results will dampen Angus sentiment too.

Good KL-3 results will instill a strong and positive sentiment into the market, The extra Alba shares will disappear in no time. Also, Brockham is starting now and that is cash in the Alba wallet straight away. And who is to say the Clogau mine is not going to come good? Not relying on it atm, all resting on HH and if that disappoints then Ukog, Alba and Angs will fall.

But, we all expect HH to succeed, so Alba will do good. If the RNS with KL-3 rersults hits us Monday morning then even Alba at double where it is now might be history.

Scully, agree, downside is very limited. HH results are imminent and the placing being done now is not going to dampen sentiment after the KL-3 results are announced. Good call.

Anybody expecting the SP to drop lower is going to be very disappointed. This thing is going much higher. If news drops Monday morning, it could even open above 16p. Placing will not cause the SP to dip, just some lucky buggers (like Bergen earlier) are going to get some very cheap shares - I wish it was me.

One more thing. In Ukog’s case over a billion shares were absorbed, the only reason Ukog is at 2p right now is the additional shares issued to Solo which will soon clear and the Ukog SP will be freed.

Also, in Angus case the 22 million placing shares are not an overhung. They will be absorbed quickly and the SP will not dip. That is my prediction. Further, the Angus SP will carry on going higher. Very strong close today.

Alba SP will follow Ukog SP and Angus SP higher as soon as the HH KL-3 results are released, unless of course the results are bad in which case, to used the words of another poster, we are F*cked, but not likely.

But as we know, the KL-3 results should be exceptional.

I will be buying more Alba, but might not be able to get any at or close to the placing price. If KL-3 news hit us Monday, hopefully, then I will not be buying Alba since the SP will shoot past 0.4p and go.much higher.

Ukog announces the start of HH ... SP shoots yupo to about 2.8p ... All the above shares disappeared in a flash

Two further placings at 2p totalling circa 500 million ... all gone.

A placing is always unwelcome but this is AIM and placings are necessary, that is how the company will grow. What I meant by not damaging is that is not too bad, is minimal dilution and with good sentiment it will be absorbed in no time.

IMO, sentiment is about to change ... HH news and Brockham about to start.

Good HH news will change sentiment in a flash. The 220 muillion shares will be absorbed quickly when the volume comes. So far trading volume has been very small, we haven’t as yet had decent volume for quite a while now.

I do believe that this is another opportunity to buy ... not sell. Look at those guys over at Angus this week that gave their shares away at 11p or less ... just because some lucky individuals will get theirs at 9p.

Yes, IMO is time for another top up, but each to their own. Good luck.

Maybe GF knows something the Clogau gold mine for him to accelerate it. This is a good think IMO.

News imminent!

The SP has been dropping on very small volumes. There is no rush for the exit.

Some of it might be PIs selling to jump ship, but I suspect MMs dropping the bid and clearing stops, loading up.

Also, the fact that the SP is not going up keeps buyers away.

The Alba SP is not going up because the Ukog SP is not going up due to Solo selling. In the recent past, last year or two, Alba SP has been following Ukog SP, up or down.

HH KL-3 flow results are imminent ... and if they are as good as expected ... then there will be a rush for shares with heavy buying interest that will clear the Solo shares and free the Ukog SP which will go higher. The Alba SP will then follow higher. Hopefully, both will go much higher.

If the KL-3 results disappoint, which is unlikely, as dsfat said below ... we are f*cked ...

But, indications are that the KL-3 results will be exceptional ... so fingers crossed ...

Next we are heading much higher. The SP recovery today indicates a very strong sentiment.
