Yes - Where is the RNS? As per AIM rules anything that materially affects the share price must be announced immediately. There is absolutely no reason to delay. If this silencecontinues, the SP is likely to fall further as comparison with BB will be inevitable, already dropped below the 200-DMA after spending a week above.

Who is selling at these levels?

Bergen filed a TR-1 stating their holding as of 20th August, 2 weeks ago, and they stated 11.35%. Angus website as of now states Bergen holdings 11.35%.

According to this, Bergen only has to sell 1.34 million shares (yes, less than 1.5 million) before they cross the threshold of 11% where they have to file.They have not filed yet.

So, it appears Bergen is not selling. So who is selling?

Morocco, the RNS with facts will come eventually but in the meantime the eyes on site do bring facts. They let us know of what is happening on site with factual photos and videos. We saw the tankers leaving HH and the activity at Balcombe and in both cases the SPs reacted positively. Now, when the RNS comes with the full facts the SP will be launched from a higher base. I for one I am thankful to the eyes on site for the work that they do. It really help us.

Scully, if the EWT results are positive and all indications are that the results will be good, Alba SP will go up. As long as Ukog keeps going up Alba will do too. It will do what it did last time ... 0.28p to 0.78p very quickly ... only this time it will go much higher. SS in a recent interview said that they may decide to declare HH commercial even before the EWT is finished. Anytime now, keep seat belt fastened.

Albinio, agree. There is a very good chance of an EWT update soon. I hope though we see lots of tankers before the update :)

He is also saying that they may apply for a production licence before declaration of commerciality - or did I hear it wrong.

If this is true, such declaration will boost the SPs of the Weald companies even before the final results are known.

According to twitter reports the pumps and flare stack have been in operation all through the weekend.

Maybe the two tankers on Friday were to clear some room in the storage tanks. I wonder, did whoever was behind the late UKOG trades on Friday know something?

CofE I would not dismiss DL at all, he may talk too much but he is the CEO of Doriemus (ASX DOR). Doriemus owns 10% of HHDL, so he is closer to the truth.
