Why not hold both (and Alba). Jumping from one to the other is very risky, an EWT update now will also clear Solo out and launch the SP upwards ... and leave people behind. An update can come at any time, is long overdue now.

I do not believe SOLO is gone. They are still around and whilst the volume is low they are not going to let the SP rise.

What is needed is an update on EWT - Long overdue now, silence makes people worry and keeps buyers away.

An update will generate the volume to clear Solo out, a 100-150 million share day should do it.

There is absolutely no reason not to give an update. Under the circumstances updates should be regular.

Angus - Ukog - Alba

They are all Weald oil players, interlinked, feeding off each others success.

One succeeds, all succeed ... one fails, all fail.

Don't forget, Angus was above 30p a share and Ukog was above 10p a share. But when Angus was above 30p a share, Ukog was also above 10p a share at the same time. When Ukog share price came down Angus share price came down. Alba share price follows the share price of the other two.

We want the Weald to succeed ... all of it. Good for energy security, good for the economy, good for the Country.

It is self harming to ramp one company whilst deramping the other. Not very wise. Why not invest in all three? I am.

DHC, agrred. The next high volume day should put an upward bias in the SP, irrespective of whether or not Solo decided to hold some of their Ukog shares. Once the constant selling pressure is gone, the SP should steadily move upwards ... dragging with it Alba. Where is that RNS? :)

DHC, IMO Solo is still around. We need a good RNS to clear Solo out. Another 100 to 150 million trading volume day should do it. Then it should be onwards and upwards. It is time for an update, I don't understand why with all the good signs spotted by the eyes we are not getting one. Maybe tomorrow?

Excellent consolidation at circa 12p ... with Bergen gone. IMO, once 13p is taken out there will be a quick run to 17p, then 20p. Sign of activity at Brockham will spark the fireworks.

Prim/Gun had their shares at 1.75p, Solo at 1.92p.

Time for an update on KL-3 results, another 100 million plus volume day should clear them all out, then free to fly.

After 13p is straight to 17p, then 20p IMO. That’s how I read the chart.

We are going to go up when Ukog goes up and Ukog is held back by Solo.

Shouldn't be long now, another day with today's volume (ukog) and solo will be out. I just hope this happens before final KL-3 results are released.

Look at Angus now after Bergen is gone, Ukog should do the same after Solo is gone ... then Alba will take off.

Bergen must be completely out by now, if not today tomorrow. 3% of Angs float is 11.4 million, today we traded 19.5 million so far ... they are gone.

And you are right, what confused me was what PV said earlier with regards to testing Balcombe first and moving the equipment straight from Balcombe to Brockam. But as you explained, this cannot be done without servicing the equipment first. Also contracts have to be put in place, Not long to wait now.

Alain, what can cause a delay to the start of Brockam and how big is this delay expected to be?

It is now two weeks since Balcombe testing finished, so it should be anytime now within a week or two max. PV in his 11th Oct interview mentioned “within the next couple of weeks but definitely before Xmas”.

JSCL, good luck to you, but there is absolutely no way Alba will sell their stake, read the last RNS. You don’t hire two oil consultants and then sell your stake. Also, GF has a seat on the HHDL board. Not to mention the money that HH and Brockham share will bring in. Atm all Weald oilers are buy opportunities and Alba is way undervalued.

200-220 bbl, somebody stated earlier. If we get a flow of 900 bopd for a day then that is about 4 tankers.

Time for a tanker convoy now, if this has been flaring through the weekend.
