RealLawnmowerman, 14p is quite high I hope you managed to average down.

My initial purchase was high double digit, but topped up at 16p ... 13p ... 8p ... and all the bottoms down to 6p.

Then after GL’s arrival I more or less doubled my risk by buying large amounts at 3.73p ... 5p ... 6.345p ... to bring my average down. But then boom the unexpected placing (fair enough) but was followed with the barrage of very suspicious sales that got us down to where we now are.

Anyway, I do hope they prove good to their word and something happens next week.

RealLawnmowerman, are “rampers” and “derampers” all you know off? Going by own example?

A lot of people here are indeed LTHs, some with very high averages. Deep under water atm.

My average is ~6p. Others have much higher averages. Mine was a lot higher but brought it down to ~6p in April when the Brockham plan was published and the info from Angus was flowing.

What is your average?

Let’s hope that they mobilise the equipment soon and there aren’t any delays. They had plenty of time to plan for this.

Thanks for pointing the not to scale detail out, however scaled is also roughly approximate. There are 11 triangles there representing perforations over 195m. The plug is set at the bottom 3, this gives you roughly 50m and this more or less agrees with a previous post of yours where you was expecting the plug to be set at the bottom of the well. If I recall correctly, you said they could not log that part.

On the test equipment question, I don’t understand why you could not give a brief answer rather than refer me to a previous post. Anyway, I reread your post dated 4th June titled “Positive RNS”, I think this is the one you referred me to.

In this post your view, as I understand it, is that they need the well test equipment installed before they can begin the “preparatory work” which involves cleaning the well.

If I understood your post correctly, then simply put, without the test equipment installed they will not be able to do the preparatory works and proceed to Stage 2.

Up to now equipment has not been seen going to site. A post by FOTH claimed that there is nothing happening at site. Therefore, they have not as yet moved any equipment to site to enable them to start the preparatory works.

Looks like equipment will be moving to site next week. Have you any idea, upon arrival of equipment to site, how long it will take them to install the equipment and complete the preparatory works?

Mirasol, I believe that GL/JTP mislead us to start with with a plan in place, beating the plan on the start, excellent comms in RNS and tweeter and then changing all that. Many LTHs bought extra shares on the back of the perceived openness, excellent comms and the plan. Anyway, I won't repeat all that for now. Yes, let's see what next week brings.

Not easy when you see the SP being chipped at day in day out. The SP should be advancing now, not declining. Anyway,

What is your view on the coming test with regard to well integrity.

From their presentation I estimated that the plug was set at near enough 50m from the bottom of the well, so we still have in excess of 140m of perforations left which is quite substantial.

What is your view on the "preparatory work" that they are going to do before proceeding to Stage 2 testing. What does thyat involve? Can they do it without having the test equipment installed?

I am just mega ****ed off with the current turn of events. I feel I was mislead by positive promising RNS when GL arrived ant good info flow on tweeter. Added a lot more shares on the back of this.

Then the unexpected placing ... change in tone from GL downplaying Brockham ... break in the plan ...

SP crushes ... and what do they do to support the SP?

Nothing, they do nothing ... another vague RNS for next week and radio silence on tweeter. All this reinforces induced doubts, kills sentiment completely and the SP stays in quicksand in the all time lows slowly drowning.

They are systematically chipping at the bid to drive the SP down and personally I am convinced that JTP/GL (and DL?) are complicit to this. There vague RNSs and continued tweeter silence points to this.

Yes some PIs have sold but this is a drop in the ocean compared to the huge volumes that were used to kill the SP ... 373 million shares below 4.4p, 328 million shares below 4.25p since the placing announcement.

And to have the SP pushing lower leading up to the test, and so near to it, is completely inexcusable.

Angus confusing RNS and nothing at all from JTP and DL since April.

Are they complicit to the SP collapse and failure to recover? The lack of any info to help the SP coming out of them certainly points to this direction.

They change from being positive and very informative to vagueness and radio silence on tweeter. This cannot be accidental.

Just by adding another 70 million shares? SP over 6p ... drops to below 3p ... and then stays at around 3p ...

The SP stays at all time low range created by GL.

What did change? According to GL the pending Gas Field deal is worth 4p - why are we suddenly below that?

The pending Brockham test should see the SP pushing up ... but the SP is pushing down - why?

You really think that this is market valuation? ... And not market manipulation?

Do you really think that is people “deramping” Angus that brought the SP down from 12p in January to 3p now? 5 months later.

What DL and JTP just done is disgraceful. All LTHs are suffering heavy losses ... and that is not easy to bear.

The SP is at all time lows because of GL and JTP actions. These are the two that brought the SP in to all time low territory, having it stuck there and drifting lower. Only these two can drive the SP lower and nobody else.

Sentiment here is killed ... a lot of LTHs have sold at huge loss and disappeared. This is why this board is so quiet.

Posted this on Friday but is worth reminding our selves that COS at Brockham is is good as it ever was, ... COS is the same is just the rhetoric that has changed.

People are assuming that the gas field is a diversion from Brockham just in case is a failure. I don’t think it is a diversion, I think is just an opportunistic acquisition. The recent placing, if we believe GL, did not include a raise for the gas field.

The SP drop is concerning and suspicious. The delay in Brockham testing, the vague RNSs, the “management of expectations” IMO is designed to bring the SP down, for whatever reason I don’t know. The lack of an MAR disclosure in view of the fact that the fundamentals remain strong points to this direction.

Brockham chance of success remains as strong as ever.

We know that Angus perforated and tested the well in December. At that time they encountered the water issue but have also seen oil and Angus was optimistic that Brockham can achieve commercial success.

GL statement:

The water zone is obviously an unexpected hindrance but, with natural flow to surface and evidence of oil, we remain quietly optimistic of achieving commercial success at Brockham. Brockham in combination with Balcombe could be transformational for the Company and oil production in the Weald."

What’s changed since that statement?

Nothing has changed in terms of COS. In fact, the situation at Brockham has improved since the water has now been successfully isolated.

They have seen oil at surface in December but are unable to confirm this now because the test equipment is not yet installed.

The COS at Brockham is the same as it ever has been. The change in tone with the management of expectations and the delay I don’t think is related to them identifying an issue at Brockham, if they did they would have had to announce it. In any case how can they know without installing the equipment and starting the test?

We are in with the same chance of success as was expected last year under Vonk.

If they are going to be true to their word this time and start on the 17th of June then we should see the equipment arriving at Brockham this coming week. GLA
