E_AL, I wish you luck. Nothing I like more than seeing the SP up. But IMO is not going to happen without a life changing RNS.

I think I now know all I need to know. I have no intentions of asking any questions at the "Investor" conference call - My route is Class Action. "Investor" conference call - what a joke.

GL managed to wipe out 90% of shareholder value in record time.

They consistently lied to us about Brockham. They also knew shorting was happening and did nothing about it - I say they knew because they did not issue an MAR Disclosure, why? Because they knew the reason already!

I have nothing to say directly to them or ask them because I want no more lies - will not believe them. All I will be saying is through Class Action.

Well done Pboo, I wish I sold at 4p as well, at least I would have had a 30% loss instead of 90%. Now only chance of recovery is Class Action.

E_AL, such a bounce would be possible if manipulation was not present.

We don’t have a normal situation here, IMO shorting is still happening and no chart analysis or normal rule of thump applies.

Angus was oversold two days after the placing, but it kept sinking further.

Now Bollinger band is overstretched to the breaking point but the SP is still miles away below it.

What might happen here, due to the continued shorting, the SP might stay at this level until the technicals catch up.

I fully agree with what gkb47 is saying.

We were robbed with our eyes open. Some people say this is AIM learn your lesson and walk away. No. It is not a case of making a simple mistake, betting on the wrong horse, loosing and then walking away. This I can handle. I walked away from 88E with a loss after the failure and could have easily walked away from RMP, had I been invested in it, after the drill failure there too. Angus case is different.

What Angus did, specifically what these guys did was deliberate and calculated to mislead. They knew the Brockham outcome a lot earlier than 28th June. Even as late as 24th June they carried on misleading us - Half Yearly Report RNS:

"Subsequently after the period end the Company announced a full timetable for further works at Brockham intended to isolate the high pressure water zone which had been identified in January. This, the Company now believes has been successfully completed. Further work, preparatory to a well test, is underway as we go to print."

How is it possible, just 3 days later - during works aimed at preparing the well for testing - they find that the well is a duster without fracking ... and already in negotiations to sell?

Angus misled and lied. Angus reputation is crushed ... market trust is crushed.

Nobody will trust them with anything now. No buying in anticipation as is now the case with UJO. Market will be waiting for results, solid proof that they got something - gas field connected to the grid, Balcombe flow rates.

Until then IMO. All you will get is short spikes around this level as traders look for a quick profit.

LTH’s buying and holding (I.e. investing) IMO is finished for Angus for the foreseeable.

Is disgraceful. GL and JTP knew long ago that this is going be the case and I suspect the placing (at 4.25p) was done with this in mind. This is why shorting appeared to have never seized and no MAR Disclosure was issued.

I also wonder what DL’s role is in all this. He stopped tweeting about the Weald in April, more or less at the same time as JTP. Nothing since. Also timing of his recent departure from Doriemus - coincidental? Who knows, he was supportive of the coup to displace Vonk.

What is even more interesting is the fact that both Alba and Doriemus were taken by surprise by Friday RNS.

There has been a lot of statements in Angus’s RNSs that did not materialise. Definitely misled us and will be an easy case to prove in Class Action.

Jacksdad, we are starting now because it takes some time to prepare the class action case.

GL will have time to have his investor conference and investors to ask questions. Will the answers be believable though?

Don't forget also that he said he was going to analyse the results with the partners before proceeding to testing .... he did not. He took a unilateral decision to abandon and sell. Partner Alba was as shocked and surprised as we were with the Friday RNS.

ChasPB, I expect to get my money back. The class action will mainly be against GL, JTP and the Nomad.

I would have been happier had they done the flow test. They didn't do it, we been waiting for about 2 years for it..

On the 24th of June they said water successfully isolated and works to prepare the well for testing are underway as they went to print.

3 days later, the well is not commercial and they are already in talks to sell it (- and sell it to who I wonder?)

Does this sound right and feasible to you? It doesn't to me and many other LTHs.

Jacksdad, nothing to do with the drilling. Yes, poil exploration has risks, we know this.

It has to do with the misleading information they put out. They very clearly misled shareholders, you don't have to go too far back,

How within 3 days, whilst preparing the well for testing they discovered that is not commercial ... without flowing it?

It appears they knew all along since before Stage 1 completion (possibly earlier) and delayed this last RNS to allow those in the know to sell. If it was genuine, they would have issued an MAR Disclosure .... They haven't.

What if ...

Quite a few of us pooling shares together do indeed reach a high percentage of share ownership. Then

1. Get Rid of Lucan and Tids, and most importantly

2. Class Action against GL/JTP personally as well as Nomad and Angus. Should not cost us any more money.

What if ...

Those that subscribed to the placing already made a ton of money by shorting ...

They had plenty of time to safely keep shorting between placing and the 28th June when the RNS came out ... then the SP plummeted further .

What if ....

These guys already knew weeks ago what the RNS would say?

Not accusing, just wondering for now ... hopefully the Regulators will find out.

Possible, but this would have been known to them at Stage 1 completion when the water was isolated.

I am no oil expert, but I am an engineer, I cannot see what they done in the preparatory works, without attempting to establish flow to get additional info on top of what they had upon successful isolation of the water zone.

They cannot clean the fractures without flowing the well. If it is a straight case of pressure comparison - downhole Vs surface, they had that weeks ago.

Pboo, assuming that is the case, when exactly did they seal up the fractures? Before or after successful isolation of the water?

Fully agree. We were told it flows all along. Turn the taps on? JTP tweets and photos?

How can GL and JTP now say it doesn't flow without a flow test? It stinks. Definitely mislead here.

They need to prove Brockham one way or another by flow testing.
