How on earth whilst doing preparatory works to prepare the well for testing, they suddenly assessed that it is not commercial? Stinks.

It is obvious that they been lying about Brockham.

They said they will analyse the results with the partners before moving to well testing ... they did not. Took the decision to abandon on their own ... Alba was as shocked and surprised as we were.

They said the were doing “preparatory works” ... correct me if am wrong but to me preparatory works means works to prepare ... in this case prepare the well for testing ... establish optimum communication with the fractures. It does not mean assessment ... i.e. asses the well ... and then declare it uneconomical. Assessment works already done ages ago.

All this delay for the preparatory works only allowed shorting to continue. Allowed those in the know to sell. Angus must have known of this Market Abuse and that is why no MAR Disclosure was issued.

Btw, anybody knows the technical base for declaring the well uneconomical without fracking at this late stage? Very strange.

Cut it out. You been pumping Ukog for months, now you perceived an opportunity on Angus. But, what you don’t realise, the fall might not be over yet.

The current BOD misled the market in a big way.

You just bought in and are looking for a quick 10% return. A rise to 2p will be a big payout for you ... not for LTH’s. But you may not get your 2p target and be trapped too.

Don’t let them get away with this deception. They misled us very clearly. It is obvious by now that the delay for the so called preparatory works simply allowed shorting by those in the know to continue (could these be those that took the placing at 4.25p?).

And GL/JTP must be complicit to leaking that info out by their failure to issue an MAR disclosure for the SP collapse.

The failure to issue a disclosure points to them being fully aware of what is going on.

4 days ago they said preparatory works (for testing) were underway as they went to print ... now Brockham is supposedly a duster (without fracking) and they are already in negotiations for sale ... this is stretching the boundaries by a mile.

This implies that all of this is planned ... and who are they in negotiations with to sell to? A friend?

They RNS’ed that they will discuss results with partners ... Alba RNS today said they were as shocked with this as we were ... this stinks.

Let’s go for it and see. If there is a case it should not cost us anything. Payment will come from the proceeds. But it needs a few shareholders to pool in their shares and claim.

Angus said they will discuss the results with the partners, it is obvious from the Alba RNS that they haven’t. Decision to abandon looks like is Angus alone.

Will be interesting to see what reason they come up with and whether will hold to scrutiny.

Is obvious that the decision to abandon Testing was taken by Angus and Angus alone. They did not consult partner Alba.

So, the statement in the RNS is a lie.

They knew when they made this statement that well will be abandoned. A decision to abandon is not taken lightly, today 4 days later after this statement is made, the well is abandoned and Angus’s Brockham stake is for sale and negotiations already started ... how is this possible?

Very suspicious and indicates that this is not coincidental, is very likely planned. There maybe not much wrong with the well - I wonder who they are in negotiations to sell it to?

They are not going to get away with this easy.

GL must be as much involved in this as JTP, he signed all these misleading RNS’s since January.

Not an accusation, but also wonder where DL fits in all this, after all he wanted Vonk to go too. He was pumping Angus and then went quiet along with JTP since April. Worth investigating this too.

They suddenly established, during the preparatory works for testing, that the well is not going to be commercial, and are now looking to sell?

Weren’t they supposed to drill some more wells or sidetracks at Brockham? Did they have permits for this?
