There is one way he can help stabilise the SP and even give it a little bit of a boost, scare the shorters away, whilst everybody is awaiting for the Balcombe application to go in ... and something to happen with the gas field ... sometime in the coming ?

He can show that he has confidence in Angus by getting some skin in the game ... buy some shares in the open market.

They are heavily discounted right now as well. I have tweeted Angus today asking just that.

Ocelot, you really believe that these large sales on such a large volume are PIs selling at the all time low, at this stage?

Yes some of those trades are from traders on stop losses, but there are too many of those sales/buys (whatever you call it makes no difference) to simply be normal trading.

Shorting is still going on at this level in my opinion. Why else would the SP fail to gain a little bit of ground, just a little bit, from this heavily oversold all time low level?

Now who would short a stock which is already oversold to oblivion and 90% down from just a few months ago? Constant decline from 12p to 1.2p, 90% down and is still shorted. So, who is doing the shorting?

These can not be PI’s, disappointed from yesterday, and bailing out today in the afternoon, cashing in heavy losses.

Very likely informed shorters, that know they are safe in braking this new all time low, yet again.

E_AL, it doesn’t look like the shorters are covering to me, it looks to me as shorting continuing - the SP is at the all time low here ... again, last one violated.

Don’t forget who the shorters are, these are not PIs, they are city guys like those that subscribed to the placing. They have knowledge.

Sageman, been averaging down for a long time now. Right this moment, more than £60k under and not willing to risk any more. I don’t know about others, but I am not convinced about the explanation they gave us on Brockham. Does not add up.

Gkb, I don’t know the exact rules either, but did they not say in a previous RNS on successful water isolation “without bringing fluids to the surface”? SP dropped ... and then they clarified in tweets that they are not allowed to bring fluids to the surface without testing/production equipment installed?

Gkb, I heard AH saying that they put fluids in and out of the well but they are not allowed to do that without testing/production equipment installed, so that statement is not true., if I did hear correctly. Either way, they did string us along expecting a flow test.

I hope the SP holds tomorrow.

Was nobody convinced with the Brockham explanation? If so can they explain to the rest of us? I was not convinced.

How did they announce on the 3rd of June that they analysed the results and they will now proceed for the preparatory works on the 17th of June.? Then on the 24th of June they RNS again that the preparatory works for flow testing were on the way as they went to print. And 4 days later the well is a duster and they are in negotiations to sell?

Alexios, whatever fluids they were, they are not allowed to bring them to the surface unless production/test equipment is installed.

Remember the successful water isolation RNS when they said “without bringing fluids to the surface” and the SP dropped? They issued a tweet later to clarify just this, I.e. they were not allowed to bring fluid to the surface without test equipment to receive it.

Charlie, Andrew Hollis did not sound convincing to me. Maybe is just me, but he did not convince me.
