I still don’t understand why people feel like they have to continue with constant negativity and nothing else.
I share all the concerns about JT-P, he has truly done a lot of damage to shareholder value and Angus reputation.
But what can we as small shareholders do about it?
The fact is that JT-P founded Angus. He also brought Lucan in. So, for now Angus = JT-P and unless all small shareholders pooled together and reach a significant amount of shares to call an EGM and get rid of him, JT-P is here to stay. Pooling together and calling for an EGM is not likely, so on this subject all anybody can do about it is express a concern, this can now be done on the forum, and hope for the best.
Apart from this, what else can you do? Continuing to kick a dead horse will not revive it.
If you are loosing money because of the share price collapse the only way to recover it is through SP appreciation. Unless ofcourse you feel the legal route is a better option? Good luck with that route.
JT-P still involved or not, look at the facts and take this in to consideration (with an open mind, pretend is another stock if it makes it easier)
JT-P recently increased his stake to over 5% by now buying on the open market.
Angus MD very recently put £30,000 worth of skin in the game.
Angus Chairman very recently put £25,000 worth of skin in the game.
Angus FD very recently put £20,000 worth of skin in the game.
Why would these guys be putting their hands in their pockets if they did not believe that the SP will go up?
How many similar companies do you know where the directors have skin in the game?
Whether or not you Particularly believe that the SP will appreciate, a seasoned independent investor believes that the Angus SP will go up ... JT-P involved or not.
He believes that the SP will go up to the extend of putting approximately £264,000 pounds in to Angus
(educated guess; 540,828,008shares in issue, 4.07% = 22,011,700 shares, assuming average bought in SP of 1.2p gives £264,000).
I believe the SP will go up. I am with the members of the BOD that put their hands in their pockets and the independent investor that put in about £264,000.
if you are really an LTH underwater ... think about the above.
JMHO.
