Hi graham - as dumb as it sounds I decided to top up partly based on the intel you claim to have...
I have been adding lots to my holding over the last two years anyway... could you just give your opinion a bit on what you expect from alpha growth in terms of share price progression, and also where are you getting your info from? Are these deals to increase AUM confirmed??
For me this is a big deal... given low interest rates and high market risk generally. We’re sort of saying guaranteed high returns??? I mean surely that’s the holy grail. And to be buying into the company creaming off the management fees is even better than buying into the fund surely.
Let me know what I’m missing
Have topped up another 5k quid. - expecting big things here if the rumours are true
Anyone able to help put some longer term share price expectations - trying to understand the value of hard rock and kalengwa given new prices of commodities copper and gold.
Am I right to say hard rock worth about 5p a share?
No idea re kalengwa
I’m also confused about sp
Thought we’d be way higher than 2p now...
Can’t figure out how valuable this co could become. Unusual as it’s in asset management.
What do you guys expect from this share within a year or two.
I thought with the credit facility we should be getting closer to 10p especially with great record of returns from the black oak fund
And here what gold price are you assuming?
I suppose from my point the prediction needs that context because I think we’ll see gold price increases with the current crisis and the response which to me seems to simply be printing money
Possibly against my better judgement I’ve taken a 5000 gbp punt on this
Can anyone help me understand the business case better... I find it hard to figure out tbh
It sounds valuable and an in demand company, but hard to figure out financials... would anyone know much about projected revenues?
Well that would be amazing if so...
And also I have this theory with all the money printing gold will do alright in the next few years
Understood re the if, but if it doesn’t make it to 14p then 6p should be reasonable which is still great if course
Understood - also what’s your take on gold prices
I’d expect the 6p valuation to be sensitive in particular to gold prices. So that’s a key assumption in the value
Do you see the future gold price being level, lower or higher in the 6p valuation which presumably is based on future cash flows and so future gold prices
Hi slugmum
What do you see happening here- could you share thoughts on the case to buy more shares? And where you see the share price going and why?
Cheers
