That doesn't make sense what you say. The management fees aren't repayment of capital from a loan.
If greencastle borrow money from icon as the money goes from icon's cash reserves a debtor asset would also be set up in the balance sheet as well?
Unless you're suggesting the loan is somehow interest free and not a loan but actually a gift?
Mate the business model is brilliant.
Icon take no risk tbh as greencastle take the risk on paper profitability and icon cream the guaranteed fees with zero capital outlay.
Also have you actually seen the quality of the papers being bought (joe, infotagion, tle, etc). They were only unprofitable due to covid shock. But now they are monetizing them. Check the podcast for football just launched with coral.
Seriously this is unbelievable value at 5m to be buying this....
Do the numbers mate - 1.5m recurring revenue, growing revenues and profits, .... the market cap is way undervalued however you look at it
Even if so it’s the end of the uncertainty which is the main point
And really all of that is likely dumped already... and it would be the same with any other partaker of the placing
It’s done and the moment they are close to out it’s boom time
I dont think anyone knows this yet
But check this out
