I strongly disagree. Oil doesn’t need to go 100 for harbour to go 300 obviously it will help but oil is fine anything over 60$ excess to that will help buybacks which you may not see the benefits straight away but they will literally pay dividends in future.

With oil prices on the rise 300 for harbour isn’t unrealistic this week. Harbour is the best oil company currently for dividends and capital gains.

Umm I brought BP at 180 over double my money and sold as the dividend yield is too low. I can get the same for half the price in harbour.
