Yes a while back apart if the pmo harbour take over there was a lot of shares which couldn’t be sold for a period of time. I can remember the full details but I was suspecting that this is why the share price is low and the same amount bought everyday. If I’m right these shares should be almost all been bought back now so I’m expecting a sharp rise anyday now. At this price Harbour is a crazy cheap dividend paying stock with 50 percent capital gain short term.

I’ve just changed my pending sale price from 300 to 350 on the strength of that RNS I don’t want to get caught out and sell on the cheap this morning.

I can see a quarterly dividend in the near future. What else can be done with all this cash once the debt is gone?
