The current trade war due perhaps offers an opportunity for global companies to try and offset increased costs from tarrifs which may push global partners to either speed up trials/signing of commercial agreements/takeover. China currently working to sign global partnerships to reset global trade and reduce its reliance on USA. China currently owns huge transportation infrastructure including ports across the globe. Buying qed offers China further advantage in this trade reorganisation.

Cj, i bought 15000 Rolls Royce at 87p and did well out of it, however sold just under £2, massive regret. Unfortunately I am a holder here with an average of 4p, another massive regret.

That's the goal, however the caution on tarrifs , his tarrifs on steel from his first term were not canceled, the Biden tarrifs on China are still extant, and Trump is pro tarrif, has been for over 40 years

TBG i honestly hope so, however the last update suggests that the placing funds have been wasted and there are no more funds hence conserve funding. The only hope is to sign the deal to sell oil, this will bring in much needed funds. However how long have we waited now to sign the deal it's been over 6 months that we have been told it is imminent. And we have had zero news on its progress

Barking.......for those that have been through countless placings here know that after every placing we stay around the placing price for months...the placing before last one took us under 2p.....news took us to 8p......the last placing taking us back to 3.6p.....nothing much to do until wait for the next piece of news to take us to 5p....then another placing taking us to 4p...and so on ..and as JM has indicated he will finance when needed.....so will gradually get to 8p again after 3 more cycles.......

Doc the rampers thought last week's 2p was 10p. And see today's 1.4 as 5.1p

Last time MB said there would be no raise, 3 weeks later he did the mother of all raises at a 50% discount. What has he done with that money, .......gambled on a duster with some, got some great news on H1 , instead of 800bopd we got 200. .....deal sign off imminent.....6 months later....zip....

For those that have been here forever, today's no news is just the standard. What a suprise we didn't get anything, what a suprise the sp fell. I really don't get how the positive poster can call every fall in their investment a positive. So what have we achieved from the money from the last placing. Less than what we had before, heavy dilution and with every result from use of funds, money in bank goes down and the sp follows

Willswag.....just stating some facts.....if you have been here as long as I have.....you have been bent over plenty of times by placings.....this one more painful than the last one......someone here said we would be back over 5p two weeks after placing..........based on mystic meg charting....has it happened no. Most investors who have been here through multiple places knows it takes about 3 to 4 months for the sp to recover after a placing. Only one thing drives this share.....news.....board screwed us with the placing....what made it worse was that plenty could not participate......did the board help us .....NO......now it's time for them to deliver.......i want my 25 to 30 to 100p like everyone else....but along the journey I have a right to be unhappy with some of the actions of the board and so does everyone else.
