Bluchipz, rns on 29th May, insiders knew about the raise and forward sold, so the rise was wiped out within days, raise came 44% discount and sp down to 2.2p. All down to MB after telling us normal PIs that they wouldn't raise. And if we do get a deal signed, MB might screw us again in the exact same way

That we have asked for has tanked the sp, what will be different this time? Sp has gone down on every milestone. That is fact.

If they finally sign PC deal, no raise will be needed. If deal signed then SP will slowly rise. There are two things in this world that people kill for, gold and oil. Are we saying noone is going to buy our oil? Based on current oil output of 330bopd we are undervalued. I still believe something is going on in background.

Hamm not like u losing faith. It is very painful right now. Surely MB not going to throw his £100k investment away. Surely still some value here. I don't understand why it has fallen on every rns and why every rns has a little bit of bad news. Painful

yup not many of us left holding the bag. and mb don't give a **** about shareholders until the next raise.

thorn they board won't put that statement out. the mgt is mostly to blame for the sp weakness. sp keeps getting lower and lower. we keep asking for rns, but the sp drops on every positive rns, because mb laces it with negativity. a takeover at a ****ty price is coming. i can't see anything else.

Investor....100%, we have seen price range 1.8 to 7p last year all based on nothing. Today we are 90% there and we are at lowest 1.4p. These shares will get bought back making mm's plenty. MMS not going to sell them back for less.

Bluechipz it looks like a setup from the beginning, noone is going to let matd control oil in Mongolia. The only one in area is PC. Sp goes down each time we complete a milestone.

Maestro, based on 330bopd 20m is way undervalued, matd has spent £62m plus to get to where we are, if anything the mcap should be £60m, which is about 4.5p per share. And hence any reasonable takeover would be 4-5p
