Investor......let's be honest MB has been expecting a deal for a long time

Wigster I would take 4p ......a cheap takeover right now is the only positive this side of January. I would be really suprised if PC are not thinking about this and possibly a good reason to keep delaying sign off. The current SP makes a takeover even more attractive.

It would be more advantageous for PC to takeover Matd now and they could now probably takeover Matd for 4-5p. Why not Matd has done all the hard work. Got H1 and H2 online and have sorted out land permits. Why buy off matd when you can buy them out outright. The SP represents a dirt cheap takeover opportunity.

Gigi I agree, to produce and sell oil has been the goal, we are producing now, the sale is still in the works. However market is valuing the conclusion that they have been waiting for at 1.65p per share the lowest it has ever been. The rns is providing an operational update bases on where we are. It is extremely frustrating to see the sp where it is. New investors will do well.

From my point of view, the sp drop is hard to take, and the sp has been going down for months. Hindsight is a bxxch. At this price, I can't sell as now down 55%. Nothing much to do. The only negative here has always been the sp

Costs money to get oil out of ground. So far no money agreement in place. Until deal in place , there is a risk of a placing and that's what MB always resorts to. Not looking great. Sp not going up in interim.

Sp has gone down on every rns. Nothing left to say.

Interesting last trade......may see more large trades like this in coming days, down all day to fill trade and large trade filled at end of day.....if we see more like this.....I would say takeover coming.....been in others over the year and similar pattern before tr1s start dropping and takeover rns hits. I hope that this is what we are seeing. Still early days...

As soon as it hit 2.60p on offer a raft of sells came in. That's the second time this week. Can't be a coincidence

The question for most here, is why the sp is so depressed if this in most people's view including mine is a good investment on paper?

Unfortunately nothing can lift this SP. Too many false dawns here. After so much positive news, we are a producer and the sp is stagnant. Some corruption at play. Not much we can do.

Stas thanks for heads up on other board. Sold this back in Jan for 21p and kept it on my list. Seen ur message this morning and jumped in, managed to get a few at 9.85p. This is looking much better than in Jan so may get more than 21p this time around.

Asher, spot on, govt have done a total 360 on this, from putting obstacles in front of Matd to now removing obstacles. We know something is going on but don't know what. Govt must have some agreement with whoever is coming in.....takeover/jv. It is 2000% being held down to allow this deal to go through. Price the deal is done at is going to shaft most lth. Risk for lth, buy more now to reduce average, or like most lth including me refuse to put more in because of everything that has gone in.

Rather than fighting each other, we should direct disappointment after waiting so long at MB. We have had 90% of game changing rns, only waiting for PC, and with each rns we drift lower. 2.25 to sell can u believe it, the only scumbag here is MB.

With the erratic sp action. MB will have to eventually comment and declare the takeover if there is one. Shareholders need to put pressure on him.
