He exercised options at 1p and sold off a load to pay for the options, resulting in no increased exposure. The share price has continued to fall since the rns. Earlier it was 3.21 to sell. Obviously the sell of shares is an issue. He has not pulled out a single penny from his pocket but has an increased shareholding, the price for him was 1p and he still didn't want to pay that.

Yup, totally right Ripley, yet a lot of people seem to be defending the sells, it's never a good look when a director sells especially after a terrible update.

My answer ....give me a better update and I will be more positive.....of course I am going to react negatively to a poor update.......no one cracked open the champagne after that update.....by the time I crack open the champagne the champagne will be worth more than my investment

Fyoz, spot on.....it's all about interpretation.....that's why communication has to be perfect.......and the progress communicated?????? Continues to make progress, imminent.......potential collaboration....excellent progress being made......all very nice soundbites but no substance.....stop the gaslighting......I am a project manager if I gave my senior leadership soundbites with no quantitave progress against milestones met i would be out of a job.

Fyoz, the issue isn't the selling/buying the issue is how and when it was communicating......which has negatively impacted the SP. .....most people only focused on the large sale, the buy wasn't clearly, timing following another rns stating no progress....but everything imminet....already half way through July with zero progress and definitely not expecting anything anytime soon. Everything has been imminent for several years the only thing that is ever achieved is more fund raising with nothing delivered. Shareholders are apparently thick and impatient.

Investor......all Investors have been robbed.....but yes let's wait for a 1p takeover.....the 4 million just raised will pay for MBs luxurious lifestyle and 2 dusters...October....another shut down.......there will be yet another raise in December at 0.4p ....rinse and repeat...next year share consolidation to 1 million shares will become 1 share at 1p followed by continuous rinse and repeat....that's if it doesn't go bust before then.
