Not sure what happened to sp today, the recovery after Mondays rns looked good, still for the life of me don't understand why they buried the sparkle news in a business update rather than releasing an rns just on sparkle. Re the cash situation, qed have always released a placing after a positive rns, let's hope they allow the sp to rise significantly before the next placing. If sparkle come in followed by msc, sp will rocket and may not need a placing, let's hope it does.

Sc, hence my comment, they should have only released an rns on sparkle only, instead they hide the good news within the delays.

Maybe they should of just give us an update on sparkle? The delays on everything else has just sent sp down. Msc originally announced July 2024 with signature announced Nov 2024, not sure we are gonna see anything this year. Sp now below placing price.

Sn88, $2.3 million out of $6.5 million already gone Jan to Aug, expecting another raise in November 2025, usually what happens they will release some news, sp will go to 5p -6p and boom another raise with another 40 to 50% discount and we will be back to 3p. I will be selling before the next raise this time.

Fyoz, I would be happy to look like a chump if we get a positive rns that impacts the sp positively. That's why many of us are so frustrated, we have had nothing for years, always new projects new initiatives that go on for years, and more placings, 46g highlighted the reality last week. All of us want real progress and a higher share price.

Advising sale of shares by directors, comms doesn't get into anything else, so someone looking to invest only sees director sells and a falling share price doesn't inspire confidence. Not everyone will read through all the history. They should have also provided the resulting position.

Many cats, Toby, that theory has been mentioned i.e condition of contract is ceo other than JM. However that would mean that any ceo must be approved by MSC???? That is quite the condition, if so....any signature could be some 6 months away.

Agreed the MSC agreement will be transformational, however we don't know where the share price will be when and if we get the positive rns confirming this. Also still no ceo appointment. Only news we have had since Jan 2025 is issue of more shares/dilution. We need actual progress against milestones not more garbage pushing milestones further out.

New offtake channels......let's just concentrate getting one project over the line......we have a fast deteriorating share price and a cash burn runway......not sure where the share price and funds in the bank will be before we get any good news. Good news will take us back to 4-5p and then bod will issue another placing and then we will be back to 3p.....vicious cycle with this bod.
