Reading between the lines on vaccine enthusiasm - 'its not over'. Is what I see, almost hidden behind the excitement. It will be with us for years. And every winter. Maybe forever! So where does that put Novacyt. Perhaps mass market PI's (like me) can't see NYCT because we have been excited about vaccines and holidays. But that is just a distraction from the deeper underlying trend - which is Covidforever. And that means Novacyt forever?

Well I spoke to my Dad. He used to work for big pharma co's in the 60s, 70s and 80s. He said a lot of drugs failed. But if they got to Stage 2 type testing they were usually home and dry. Is that there we are?

! well done. there's some fighting talk on reddit/twitter comments pages. Its like a a John Le Carre novel with translations of obscure texts in and out of Mandarin, accusations re doctored photographs of mining rigs and some people determined to buy more shares to attack the hedges. And others, of course, desperate to get out as they think its a shame. My eyes are well and truly being opened. Only been investing for a few weeks and my poor little £400 is in the middle of a James Bond shootout.

ha ha ha. great answer. I will check with my Dad who used to work with a very big pharma. But he said they lost quite a few drugs on the last hurdle. But perhaps the US are lowering the bar because its a pandemic....I don't know...I'm just playing hunches, reading this board and following my greed.

Anyone on this board have long-term experience in pharma and investing in pharma - and if so at this point how do you assess the level of risk re investing in Synairgen. I read posts saying its a 'no brainer' but is it? I'm slightly over-extended in Syn and I'm thinking of putting back a little bit. Please answer if you have a few years experience in this field. Thank you.

Agronomics as eco/green investors slowly get in and hold and don't leave - so at least its not going down - ECR and seres thereaputics - but I'm still researching seres - sp dropping but they are waiting for FDA approval for microbiome therapy...but wtf is microbiome therapy...ah there is my research project.
