Every time this gets some press - it gets a lot because Jim Mellon is media-friendly - the SP goes up. its up again today because of an FT article. The company deals in lab-grown meat start-ups and appeals to the casual, vegan and ethical investor. I expect a big lift around new ISA time. Especially if is there is more hype-y press (they say things like 'buying into lab grown meat now is like getting into silicon valley 25 years ago') I am waiting for a dip before March 20th to buy then sell into the ISA lift.

I don't think thats a question that you need much outside help to answer. Really.

I'd buy some. And hold some £ back in case they dilute. Like COPL did. And ARB did. And use the cash to buy the shares after the dilute. Or if no dilute then just buy in the future on the dips.

How do we assess their chances against competitors like iproov, mvine, enduring net - is there room for all of them in this sector? Anyone know if catenae have superior product to the others? Thanks.

I'm watching it. Kind of tempting to buy at some point. I sold my Palantir earlier today before all the profit I was holding there was eaten away. And glad to be rid of it. PLTR has a bad rep, I think. Sorry if you losing on SOS. But anyone else feel like buying. Or is the slide expected to continue for a few days. I'm definitely thinking of buying something on the cheap in the US to balance out my NVDA losses.

Yes. a lot of competition. I guess whoever has the biggest marketing budget might win big in the consumer product market. So Eve and Beckham have a very high profile - the product may similar to what's already out there but if Eve and Beckham can go super mainstream they may get big sales. I might even buy a few Eve shares. I know they've already gone up but I imagine there are so many desperate people out there who can't sleep. I'm gonna watch for a dip.

Is there are a lot of competition out there for MGX, ZOE, Cellular Goods etc? I could understand if they face powerful rivals in the marketplace - if they don't then I would imagine that long-term they have a chance of doing really well. From reading between the lines on say Cellular chat board I think a lot of small investors went in for a get-rich-quick boom and when that didn't happen they just cut and run. If I have time I will read about MGX and ZOE etc and see if I can imagine where they will be in 5-10 years time.
