its hard to find the original posting on avacta board now - so many other posts - but yesterday there was a link to a tweet that said uk govt were going with avacta - just a rumour. it reminds me to keep watching avacta.

a lot of people aren't comfortable with a large paper loss. its not an easy thing to live with. especially if you haven't lived with one before. I'm new to investing but the risk/paper loss aspect is very real and powerful. I wouldn't underestimate it. also some might look at the vaccines and make a decision based on what's happening there.

Been dropping for a few days. sudden bump today. avacta board very excited - check if you are interested. see what you think. tomorrow am might be very interesting.

Thank you for your careful and reasoned thoughts. It does seem very significant that Polymetal's head of Cyprus operations is now a NED at CHF - they are obviously getting very close - they use the term 'strategic partners'. So yes it makes CHF look like a good bet. I thought I'd missed the boat on RMM but maybe not. :)

I sold ECR and Cobra. Realized I paid too much for them in the 1st place. Lesson learned.

I have read that long-term Cobra will deliver - but I don't have the b/g to know if that will happen. But if anyone thinks yes Cobra will deliver long-term let me know - I might put some in the SIPP and wait 10 years.

on the lithium front - is SAV going to get its green light? Some local/eco concerns. But not enough to halt the project?

Its a shame. I guess they were fortunate they got to live that way for so long. But I can't help feeling its over for them. But does anyone on this board think the project will not go ahead?

watching. revising plans. what if this stock is somehow unique. maybe gamble some of my caution on that possibility.

CHF is copper?
I just followed Bojo into BZT (thanks).

anyone got a favourite copper play? I like BZT because its cheap (and I'm fully tied up in HE1, Copl, Cobr, ANIC, ECR, SYN etc) but have a feeling that more than one copper holding is a good idea. My vote is BZT until I can raise more £.

Read that. Interesting. Thanks. Do note I've only been in this game for a few months. So I have no idea what I'm doing. HE1 is tempting - 13-14p for a ticket to what some are claiming as unlimited riches. Yes combat - it would be great to buy/trade to get a huge free ride - but I'm sure others are hoping for the same - I haven't worked out strategy yet. But working on it.

thanks for that. yeah I'm hoping to sell at 17p. but gonna keep 10,000 back (in case it goes mental).

up/volatile. very excitable sentiment. the drilling part of the business (hasn't started, I think) may let everyone down. but potential colossal rewards are driving the sentiment. those of you who know how to play this may do well on trading. I'm holding some to sell and plan to hold some back in case all goes well. but it definitely feels like its 'in play' in the run up to drilling.

I took EVA's suggestions re SOS and COPL. I lost £200 on SOS. I am hoping for profit on COPL.

'does anyone KNOW anyone working on or for aaqua to know if the project has potential...' (a long shot).

last time I checked all of AAA's £ is in aaqua - and aaqua looks like a cross between a dating site and an attempt to launch a rival to instagram/facebook (from the same man that brought us Scoot). I am guessing RGDC will be oriented in the same direction - anyone else following this? Although audioboom seems to have been dragged along for the ride (read AAA RNS). Is audioboom OK? I thought it was a lost cause. Anyway...anyone else following these links...Or does anyone working on/for aaqua to know if the project has potential? Apparently aaqua is going to launch in singapore - anyone have any connections over there to know if aaqua worth anything?

thanks for that heads up . I picked up a bit more although I have a feeling CBX might slide more. shame I've run out of £ - would pick up more comptoir (John's great tip) - I have enough comptoir to pay for lunch and dinner as its shoots up, but as John has suggested, COM is probably going to do very well post-lockdown.
