Qnard indeed and the good side of a frontier explorer is if you are quick you can grab multiple opportunities before the region opens up. That's exactly Harrys plan. Identify, get the pegs in quickly, then explore at leisure.
The bad side is the skills and support industry are lacking. This 27 month build is 10 months longer than it would be in a prolific and secure gold region because of the lack of accessible skilled support and the need for substantial security, like a small army.
KEFI are home on this now. Fully funded plus a very large extra safety measure which now looks like a very wise move. In the next 12 months they could go over $5m just on diesel butn. That's now not an issue or a reason to worry.
They are very focused on delivery but in reality most functions are out of their hands now.
Risks are security, ore performance and mill/process performance.
In 2 years time the factory will be dialled in and production will be commercial.
The questions are. Will KEFI still own it, what will the gold price be and what will the share price be.
At $4500 oz I think with a 40% discount for region risk it'll be 7 to 8p.
I will be amazed if it $4500 as America heads into economic apocalypse
