You can't bank until you sell. Do you think the share price wouldn't have dropped along with the whole market. KEFI would now be sweating on running out of cash during construction.

It's been delayed multiple times because of the war across the region. However you need to remember the share price has gone up and down since and people have made profit and loss along the way.

£58m in the last 2 years. Most of that is now cash within the company or within the construction. Many functions including stage 1 resettlement are coming from this, not from debt

It seems to me the important question is how long the volume seller is going to prostitute themselves for. The market can't absorb multiple 1m+ sells given the dire liquidity. Yesterday sells were double buys.

It's not Harry that has needed any placings it's Kefi. TK couldn't have reached construction without them. They have funded TK mostly with debt. The cost of getting here has been really low so far. To assemble an organisation capable of delivering a production of this size in a frontier region on a shoe string is a massive achievement.

I doubt it'll be a bucket shop, they would be waiting at these prices, this seller is actually creating these prices. It could even be someone who didn't come in the placing. Lots of institutions need liquidity and will sell whatever they can quickly.

There's no diesel supply issues for KEFI. It's currently $1.15 a litre and is available to o KEFI through a dedicated supply in Djibouti. That's guaranteed by the Ethiopian government.

It's often mentioned about the risks of Africa. However when you think one quarter of the worlds gold comes from Africa is it so risky. The attraction no doubt is the low cost environment. $1000 a month is a very good wage in Ethiopia. Imagine a mine in Denmark, US or Norway where a security guard earns $4000 a month, a backhoe operator 6000 a month. The gold is worth the same.

It is almost at placing price and that can't be a surprise to anyone. This construction is 27 months. We are what 7 or 8 months in. The stuff built so far is all merely preparatory. The juicy processes are ahead.

A defining valuation like placing price will always be revised several times with self sustaining news

Harry has committed to quarterly updates. He also said those with photo lust will be satisfied. It would be stupid for him not to get that tasked quickly.

A placing will always be discounted the timing for this was very poor when the industry was at a low rating and that rating was applied to the then price. It looks prostitutional to me. I rather think was proven by the oversubscription and the cutting back of shares requested at 1.4p I am sure it would have filled just the same.
