I have not had the confidence to buy at the current price, preferring to just hold on but Yaki clearly has improved his average and boosted his holding

This has proved a steady share compared with Marstons or Sheoherds Neame. The ability to pay a dividend adds to its attraction. It’s a pity that they provide no shareholder perks.

After wallowing around in the doldrums today’s start sees us breaching £110. Hopefully that portends well.

Sadly Ian’s list of prognosticated dates seems to have declined, and there is now too much squabbling and petty insults. May we please rise above that, let us continue in confidence and heed with patience the Jeremiah’s among us with the tales of portending disaster. Those with mischievous intent are encouraged by the reaction they get, so we have the choice to ignore them and not rise to their bait. They will soon disappear if ignored.

You have been greatly blessed to have had their love, and whilst they have been taken from you your love for them and their love for you lives on, and hopefully will give you strength. Their wish would be for you to live life fully, and let us all hope, with greater means at your disposal when EUA fulfills our expectations
