With the Nigeria-Morocco pipeline being among Africa’s most-anticipated projects, ONHYM will be welcoming an important number of African Ministries and NOCs for the Africa Regional Cooperation Roundtable, while hosting a series of networking events throughout two full days with the presence of the country’s Project Owners, such as Chariot Energy Group.
It's depressing to see the share price falling with a very low volume.
Also, at the agm, new resolution passed to give authority to The BOD to issue further 289 million shares if its required in the next 15 months or the next agm date.
They have mentioned that, only 89 millions shares can be issued to raise cash and the remaining 200 millions shares to offer for potential deals with other companies.
Anyone has picked this up correctly at the agm ?

One of the reason for the delay in finalizing the partnership agreement is
"Duncan Wallace is keep on finding more GAS and that should factored in the valuation of our assets as well as the development cost of the project "
More gas and higher value of our assets.
I'm happy to wait 🙏
