Who is selling? These are great grades in an ever increasingly sought after commodity.

7investor15 - this is a difficult case because on the one hand we've had a disappointing few years and consequent SP slump but the company is potentially about to turn a corner in terms of production and hopefully start an operational profit at some near stage. I'm just hanging in but won't buy any more until I see a turn towards solid performance in terms of revenue.

Tight spread - probably some sells hidden amongst buys.

It might not be so long if it is parties coming back that have done their due diligence. GLA

Thanks B1gDeano for the explanation - a lot clearer now. Yes he should just get it back on AIM rather than wait - convenient excuse if you ask me.

Probably just a quiet period where they are waiting for the necessary permissions. Once action picks up again, I'm sure the SP will follow.

Sorry - just getting up to speed here. From your comments they are holding out for main market listing when he could go on AIM easily - is this correct?

Buys looking good but spread is pretty tight today so maybe that's hiding some sells.

They should have known that the business focus change would cause problems with the listing. Not surprising this can is being kicked down the road again - didn't have high hopes really that this would happen this year.

QED - wow that's an impressive amount of detective work. I'm sure that most shareholders would rather VAST just concentrate on ramping up BP production and possibly get Manaila back up and running. I'm not too taken in with the Ghaghoo project either.

oddly even - no you don't get shares. Alba is major shareholder so you get a direct exposure by holding Alba shares.

I think that the assets we have here are great but once again the progress is so slow and that I guess that is what ruins sentiment for this share. I guess we are awaiting various permits and then hopefully more news if and when these are granted.

Sandy - I feel that you come across as genuine here and enjoy your input. There are however others that just constantly post negativity and can also be quite insulting to anyone who puts over a more positive case. I believe in complaining about performance and let's face it there have been some massive mistakes made here but overall it must be a very difficult job getting an old mine back up and running with all of the unforeseen problems it can bring. Just wish all the best to all the long term holders here. Perhaps it's time to draw a line and wait to see how this pans out. Caroline

realtimerob - thanks for your reply. There are other shares that have performed just as badly where there is not half the criticism that we see here. Surely genuine holders would not be holding still if they really believed this was going nowhere and potentially damaging their chance of getting some money back.

I think Bentley has a point. I'm all for a balanced view but the bashers here are relentless. Hopefully the company are on the cusp of turning things around. I guess we'll know over the coming weeks. GLA
