I know it has not been easy for investors and there have been unexpected changes but I still believe the board has done enough to bring it up to the attention of the big guns for investments and built up some client pipeline which is to become public once the ground and administrative works are rubber-stamped. The beleaguered online estate agent Purplebricks has hung up a “for sale” board after a share price rout that has sent its value plunging from a peak of £1bn to just £23m.

The business – which said it has received several credible expressions of interest – is now facing a battle to find a buyer in a falling property market where competition for customers is only becoming more fierce.

Purplebricks, which is being advised by Zeus Capital and PwC, is said by insiders to be hoping for an offer from founder Michael Bruce or Axel Springer, its largest shareholder.

However, no firm proposals have been received – and analysts say that the best price that could be hoped for is no more than £37m, or 12p a share.

The stock is currently trading at little more than 8p, down from its all-time high of almost £50.

Even if a deal is struck, it will land massive losses on investors who bought into the company’s much-vaunted stock market listing on the promise it would upend the traditional estate agent hierarchy.

In my opinion, we can not use past trends to predict lows and high on this share, especially if it is very much dependent on development news. UFO is not your bog standard revenue generating company as of now. There are clear signs of massive buying from directors and PIs based on the potential of projects and entry of AA. I don't know when the RNSs are going to land, but the time is very near. I know nothing. All I know is that rather than timing the market, it's best to dyor and invest what you can afford to lose. Staying long.

Absolutely no issues buying any value from 30,000 to 300,000 shares. In fact, I have added 30,000 more shares can't get enough of UFO. You will see that trade showing soon.

I am still waiting for the big boys' attention. I believe 2.7p or 5p will look like a bargain once the projects are in full swing. Invest a small amount don't just go big let the share do that for you. Plenty of news in the pipeline. Patience. GLA

I see more drops as further inflation needs to be accounted for in the forecast. Margins could be comprised further. Tough times ahead. Stay in cash if you can.

Why would someone sell something that is not fully primed to sell. Kamanis will fight the SP and take this to new heights. This is my opinion only.

Kamanis will not sell it. They will buy more and expand. The price on the offer even if the SP double from here is not worth it for Kamanis. They are not in for that small of a pie. I think the move is to shoot the shorts down. Boo will need to answer the market by tomorrow.
