Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
You make a major point. Ireland has the same opportunity with its medical infrastructure as the US has with its roads and bridges. Now, in good times is appropriate to start the spend. The planning and building would ripple thru the entire economy for years. Flood defences is another area for major spend. Would actually benefit (BOI and) most of the financial industry in Ireland.
Proud of you Torquay. Thanks for sharing your journey - it’s something my lovely Kilkenny spouse and I’ll have to contemplate when I return to health. I think you have enjoyed the transition. I’m a bit excited that BOI will deliver some ca$h over the next year. GLA
Good luck with the search. Another candle for you yesterday. Our daughter, visiting from Dublin, said The Infant Child was all taken up, so your candle was lit at St Anthony. County Down sort of surprised me, but the setup (church, golf, location), and hopefully an open border, sounds a winner and presumably easier to carry your benefits with you. Best wishes. Now let’s get some Brexit or non-Brexit resolution for our investment’s betterment.
Torquay, Hi, first candle lit. You’ll need a home away from tides and river basins, facing to the west to catch the morning rays, if you can see the ocean the ocean can see you, so be careful. A pocket sized putting green somewhere near the front door. Near a commuter line or road, builds in re-sale value. And to keep in touch with your colleagues here, a satisfactory ISP. Those German type hurricane shutters that slide up and down at the flick of a switch should be considered an investment and give you a break on property insurance!
Torquay: well done, great move. And before the weather cools. Youll be able treat it it as a hol as you look around. Be assured of several candles! Got a great report last week: halfway thru my chemo and the Tumors are reduced by 50%. Praise the Lord And thank you for all blessings you send my way.
Did Knock, (drove over from Dublin Airport) Tiny plane to Southampton, met my sister for two days, Then QM2 to NY. Home the same day. CT Scan next day and back in chemo for the lungs till Christmas. Praise The Lord, Abdomen scan clear. Loads of hope. Thanks Torquay and all well wishers. Hope to get some real ca$h out of the share.
Torquay, Fantastic I need it. The little gremlins reappeared in my lungs. But I feel great. Oncologist said I can give Knock an opportunity to avoid more chemo ( only finished last course 12 months ago) and resume chemo August. Our grandson is on tonight's BA to Dub via Lon. Had a wonderful visit. Blessings. Please don't give up on candles. Sincerely. When the British revolution is quashed I expect great performance from this share!
I got a nice surprise from HSBC today, almost a 50p increase in sp. come on BOI!
He was gratifyingly tough when politicians tried to tear the share to pieces last several years. But I'd like to know his role when the share went to .38 and facilitated St Wilburs exit. It'll need to go a lot higher than that to compensate shareholders who are invested 'long' and avoided the opportunity to sell BOI (at .38) and get more diversified.
