giant-steps,
For someone who had no idea of how due diligence works the other day, don't you think you are a bit too confident that nothing will come of this?
BobbyP, after the company sent the following in the 1st September RNS, I can't see it being Anglo
"The Directors are delighted that our hard work on Kola that started as a joint venture with Anglo American Platinum in 2005 and is finishing as a joint venture with Rosgeo, a much stronger partner for doing business in Russia"
1sttimelucky - The information first started getting discussed around 4:30, at what point are the "naughty little rascal traders" going to be trading the share? Please enlighten me.
I've noticed a lot of your posts are either looking for arguments or producing baseless claims.
Giant, that isn't how it works.
That would be a waste of everyone's time, the buyer would give a ballpark figure of an offer that would be presented provided their due diligence is acceptable. It is then down to the BOD and the Buyer to discuss any additional findings etc before an offer is made.
Why waste 6 months of your time to have a lowball offer declined, it does not make sense at all.
Someone has asked them whether their high valuation is an error and they are standing by it. Interesting.

Frutsels, calm down. People buy and sell every day. This has dragged on for a longer period than was anticipated, people may need house deposits or cash calls, it happens every day. Not everything is inside information or a conspiracy ffs.
