That's either a wilful misunderstanding of NAV or he doesn't know what he's talking about. Honestly could be either or both.

I think its a conservative calculation but it does confirm what we all know - aex is a multi bagger from this price.

Decent bit of consolidation this afternoon. Looks like those who aren't keen to hold a few months have all sold up now. Expect us to move back up to 2p over the coming weeks as fear of missing out takes over from fear of share price drift

Yes investing in AEX isn't with risk (nothing is). But all that risk is currently priced in and then some.

Looks like it going to be the biggest volume day for a while too. Very positive with a rise like this.

I almost feel sorry for those who were holding off buying expecting it to drop back so they could get in cheaper. Almost... :)

I think a lot of those who wanted to move on or top slice will have done so over the last week or so. Doubt there's many shares available for anyone who wants to take a chunky new position.

Good stuff! Lots to be positive about there.
