FWIW my take on all the posts is that its clear to me that everyone wants a piece of OMI - but some clearly want it cheaper than others. Or dont want the price to rise until they have taken profits elsewhere and built a position at this price. No one spends this much time watching a share they have no interest in at all.

Can we call this a breakout yet? :)

Element im sorry but that post is glib in the extreme. Its superficially sense but lack any thought, depth or context.

There are plenty of time i have poured more money into "failing" investments because i was confident "the market" was mispricing the stock and been rewarded in the long run.

Its all about context. The "mistakes" you list are not always mistakes.

Thanks for this. Interesting interview and management changes. Habe some of these in the bottom drawer. Plenty of value here if they can unlock it. The processing plant at radio hill alone has to be worth the mcap at current levels.

Gold isnt rising as part of a cycle. Its rising on the end of US financial & economic hegemony and the withering of USD as the global reserve currency. Its a paradigm shift that will run for the next decade.

Not a chartist but this is definately starting to feel like a breakout.

Sanctuary - thats some of the biggest pile of guff ive ever read. All delivered with absolute certainty and no margin for being wrong.

If "the market" was never wrong and always perfectly factored in the future then no one would ever make any money. There are so many examples of this being a complete croc of sh*t thats its not even worth engaging with.

As for a sell out at max 3p - who to??? ARA havent taken a almost 3rd stake in aminex for multiple years to sell out for a few pennies profit. Its laughable.

The idea that 'the market' always prices things correctly is almost as ridiculous as the idea shareholders here have been waiting patiently here just to sell out the company for sub 3p. Utter guff.

Added a few more to my ISA this morning. Think the general market sentiment is giving us a bit of an opportunity here.

To be fair the options were in lieu of salary so he may have needed the cash. Plus he has more options left.

Gold is dropping on general risk off sentiment and traders being hit accross the market. But if you look at the history of oil spikes they are almost always followed by rising gold prices.

Trumps new Fed chair isnt going to raise rates. I would be amazed if there arent rares cuts this year no matter what happens to inflation, jobs, iran etc etc

With the level of US debt they actually need inflation...

If this is the doldrums ill take it. I would use the phrase encouragingly stable though.
