My key notes from ADV Proactive one-to-one investors presentation.
Experienced BoD (120years combined ex shell / BP) own 7% of ADV - SitG.
Strategy is to focus exclusively on producing assets and undeveloped fields (not exploration).
Not interested in operator role so they will remain a small and agile team.
7 further acquisition targets (additional to Buffalo) 2 of which they expect to announce this year.
Wrt Buffalo:
Very low risk (95% CoS) development well will be drilled Q3 with results Q4.
Independent auditor RISC estimates 34.3mmbls (2C) recoverable at 40k bopd.
As such 70% of gross cumulative cash flow will be recovered in first 2 years.
ADV’s 50% stake will yield annual net cash flow of c.US$187m at US$60/bbl.
This leads to impressive project IRRs of 106% at US$60/bbl.
The light grade oil 53 API demands a minimum $2 premium over Brent.
Tennyson value barrels in the ground at US$12.2/bbl, implying net unrisked value of US$209m (12.6p/shr) and risked Total NAV of 8.0p/shr.
The economic model makes Buffalo FID work down to $30/bbl.
Well development CAPEX of c.$125m will be raise 70% debt 30% equity. CPEX equates to $4/bbl over the well life.

Definitely Hardcore, I considered more here - I currently have 3.7mill... so thought I’d spread by bet a bit further..

Me too. Got in last week. BOIL are my favourites though!

Good too see some more positivity on the board. Let’s hope we kick on from last week and things escalate like we hope in the build up in Turkey. Hopefully we all get the results we’re hoping for GLA

I hear you... I just think a bit of positivity does no harm on the board, especially if you’re invested and know the potential.. it’s pure excitement that’s all

Could be worse... check out some other boards and the constant negativity... soul destroying

Don’t panic Willow... I was shocked first thing too, but know long term that drop will be minor. I’m like you, conservative in my ideas of where we can get ... but if it smashed my predictions (and I hope it does) then I’ll be well happy
