Our stockbroker phoned us this morning, r1234. They said they could take the necessary action for us if we wanted to take the offer up. My understanding is, that there is a minimum purchase amount of £100 and no upper limit, we have until 1650 hrs tomorrow to take up the offer (we already have cash funds available at our stockbrokers, should we decide to participate).

InJamesweTrust, before our last two PRD shareholdings increases that I mentioned, our PRD shareholdings were free plus cash profit,...after our last two PRD shareholdings increases, this resulted in our PRD shareholdings overall Gross Average s/p@1.22p approx, leaving us comfortably positioned for MOU5 drill results etc.

I have just double-checked, InJamesweTrustmy,...I believe my maths is accurate.

For easy numbers, take 100,000 x 30% =130,000,... 130,000 x 26.2% = 164,060,...this gives an overall increase of 64% approx.

I averaged up last month at sub s/p@5.8p (30% shareholdings increase), I was not expecting this placing.

I have taken the 'opportunity' to average up further today in the s/p@4.5p to 4.6p range (26.2% approx further shareholdings increase), resulting in us having an overall 64% larger PRD shareholdings position with a current Gross Average of s/p@1.22p approx.,...we will now patiently await MOU5 drill results etc.

I read the CEO buying as positive, especially given the guidance given on two possible farm-outs this year.

s/p@15p would be very nice, but the s/p@23p mentioned at the end of the Equatorial Guinea Exploration—EG-08 video ( https://www.europaoil.com/operations/equatorial-guinea/ ) would be even better.

Regardless of the Morocco drilling outcome, we will carry on holding our PRD shareholdings for Corrib South & Trinidad,...Corrib South & Trinidad, are the reasons I first bought PRD shares back in 2018,...the Morocco interest came later, which I have always viewed as a welcome bonus.
