Not srue where the £20m comes from.
Maybe revenues of £8-10m? If OO currently makes 500,000 euros a harvest, and at what 20 times a year? then yes 10m euros - and that's just on revenue.
What P/E ration would you give to such an entity? 5? 7? O&G is typically 11-15 as a general guide. Anyone know what P/E other medical cannabis growers obtain? if 5-7, so say 6, then actually that gives a valuation for OO of around 60m euros (10m * 6 euros) so about £50m give or take. And 49% of that is about £25m - 5x current MCAP for HUI and around 6.25 just for Oo alone, zero for HUI and hydrogen potential (and never any dilution).
Well undervalued - probably more intersting in gold and such but this is going to rerate when the OO deal completes.
