Looking at the release in January I would think that the valuation of OO is with the greenhouses performing and selling "quality, sun grown cannabis (supplemented by Fluence lighting) achieving initially approximately 150 kg per crop. Current sales range between €1,500–2,000/kg. The company anticipates higher pricing in the region of €2,500–3,000/kg as soon as GMP is obtained." without the expansion of the greenhouses mentioned on the OhridOrganics website. So there is plenty of expansion and demand news there. I think you can get a crop is around is it 6 weeks so x 5 (6?_) = 30 crops a year at 500k (at the lower price)=15m EUR. At the higher price this is what 22-5mEUR yes? So a £ valuation with a PER = 1 can be possible for £20m just from those calculations.
The additional carrot for OO is the intent to build the FOAK in the land already bought next to the Macedonian greenhouses. Once that's done it should be straight forward to expand capacity/sell larger units where they are needed. As long as, of course, the political will is there which in Poland it appears not to be. We still also have the Ireland agreement. There is a lot in this share which has been done, albeit a lot still to do.
