It will, but i'm hoping for a real show of intent with a new business strategy and BV Tech really throwing some resource at it as well as tapping into their existing clients and contracts. They have made 6 share purchases in the last 10 months, spent �2.9mil and their 54% is worth over �3.5mil at today's price. It's been a shrewd move and they will look to capitalize on it to ensure that Defenx returns to profitability quickly.

That's true to an extent, but they still need to comply to AIM rules and release appropriate information. Also, they will want to stabilize the company before any T/O, to do that they need investment.

I'd be very surprised if BV Tech don't release a statement outlining their strategy soon.

Ha, ha, yeah that would be nice. I’m not so bullish about the current licences, I think they are really up against it in the current climate and impending relinquishment (assuming extension refused). I’m looking forward to see what comes from the latest licensing round as many of the licences hold small discoveries

It’s a new week, profits and flippers cleared? Hope so, 40p by the end of the week. I’m expecting an announcement this week, at least board appointments, but also something on strategy. GLA

Nothing new there really, sounds like they will be applying for an extensoin to the licences. 30th round seems promising.

I think that's as positive we could have expected from today considering that people were flipping 8p shares, almost as many got snapped up. Volume nearly reached 1mil, hopefully that madness is over and we can see more gains next week. Have a good weekend.

There haven't been any publically declared shorts since the BV Tech buyout was announced, that says a lot. Although Smartass has opened 3 apparently!

Fundamentals still estimated assets at 11mil Euros. Final results due in the next month or so, although we know profits are materially down and there has been compensation paid, this recent fund raise will give BV Tech the breathing space to turn it around. Traditionally this company forward loads it's sales and marketing into Q2 and news flow is normally quite positive. Here's hoping that BV Tech can get their legal team on retreiving some of that �4mil in trade receivables too!

Mine appeared yesterday, got 30% of the excess. Might go for another top up with the cash refunded today if the price is right
