I think if we do get a buyout or sell all or a fraction it will of course be at a big discount, but even so, any offer should still be very palatable for longer term holders.

Of course the longer we go it alone before such a strike is made the better the offer will have to be. As I see it we can only go up from here. More wells, more production, more value, higher mcap. It seems likely we will be taken out in some way or another before we get close to realising a fraction of what we have in reserves..

End of the day though benlive they will be willing to pay a much higher price for the assets as risk and effort to be at a minimum. As stated earlier, almost a turnkey purchase. At the very least I see us partnering up.

So many variables at play.. don’t like to say it, but as the sp goes it seems very good odds for it to go from strength to strength this year what ever happens.

Cheers superman, I hope that doesn’t happen, after looking at the large trades for a while it’s been a niggling thought that we might get taken over far below what we should be. Would like us to at least be in a much much stronger position before such things might happen.

Should have added, can a single large buyer / holder force through a low ball offer? In this case. With no Tr1s repeated it seems like perfect cover.

Maybe thinking incorrectly here, but we’ve had discussions about keeping production low, downplaying it, broker reports have been on the low side based on actual figures and so makes the whole cuda thing look more risky & less attractive or essential to others and keeps the price down for us.. When it comes to the crunch it’s all about the relative figures not speculative predictions and I’m sure Art will be playing every trick he can to get the best possible outcome.

Yet my mind boggles that we are sub £1.

…But whilst we are on the sly trying to get Cuda cheap, it occurs to me that someone else is also trying to US on the cheap… ( consistent pattern of large buys ) this is speculation on my part, but they’ll have enough influence to sway a vote for any sale of the company, to themselves.. hostile takeover.

Got Atomic - sort / got Cuda - make a new big discovery, apply for more licensing, all the mess tidied up. And pounce. Dirty work done.

Some brokers not updated its early doors. H&L don’t hang about. Shares are there.

The different ways forward from here all all very exciting, and wonder what Art will choose once the cuda chapter is concluded.

- We go it alone and with a partner playing a long game but with each passing moment keep adding value in tranches as new rigs are put in place and their subsequent infrastructure linked. 40+ years potentially of growth and income.

- Once reserves fully confirmed and with consistent production underway Art likely to be approached for a buy out. If so, unless someone’s been accumulating drastically then that would have to be voted for by shareholders, correct?

I wonder what sort of figures the larger holders would consider a T/O looking at it against the long term benefits of going alone. Suppose many would have a good think if an offer came in at around £6-£8 per share this year.

Not sure how realistic a buy out scenario is, but must be relatively high odds considering.

Same with me on H&L an appalling low figure has just popped up, but the fact they are logged looks like it’s on!

Also looks like maybe 0.8p - 1p on open.

Last week I had my concerns and openly expressed them, at the end of the week, due to some struggling to have balanced conversation, switched into full sarcasm mode… Fact is many have been extremely perplexed why we have not achieved anything close to fair value so we looked for reasons and at the data we had.

Some ppl now just expecting a director buy to be the catalyst. But it won’t be, it’ll be what follows next. This move today was really a strong show of solidarity, imo, and much needed. Clearly it’s being well received and could be helping to finally flush through the December raise for Cuda.

Personally It erodes current concerns and confirms direction.
For me now, it’s much easier to look forward to how he plays this and way more relaxed to watch the story unfold.

Sure, It’s no less confusing to see us still sub £1; but what an opportunity for those looking past a day.

Also panama, He’s obviously very confident in the discovery’s legitimacy and equally put his money where is mouth is! But if so it could be he’s underestimated just to be on the safe side, you never know :)

For me that now puts to bed any placing worries; if he’s buying he’s saying don’t worry.

Art buying now and his optimism within that RNS is simply outstanding. As I mentioned yesterday this next few weeks could be really good!. We have a long way to go just to get Atomics value priced in, but he also just further verified his discovery!. We should be seeing an sp over a pound sooner than expected. CPR & increased production and it’ll be pounds coming.

Was never a diver, but always envied their rates! Especially if a support / rescue diver in a hotel getting full pay on land! didn’t envy living in a pressurised pod though with squeaky voices :)

How funny, I was a saab specialist with their RoVS, dive support, “bubble watch”, pipeline inspection etc etc, Tigers, Falcons, Panthers .. that was before getting more involved with drones and things, didn’t know we had so many O&G guys here :)

Haha yes shouston, Reddit :) but again, workers on the rigs don’t normally get told the ins and outs.
They would be contractually bound not to disclose any sensitive information, but that’s pretty much how you get your “leaks”.. yet we didn’t get any info on the new discovery early did we, this sort of thing is closely guarded and I’m sure Art knows how to keep things under wraps!
