Thankful for some recovery today. Been hard to keep up with all the posts and noise so been staying clear mostly.

Think some of the more shady prolific posters need to realise that if a placing is/has been worked then it’ll be due to enhancement of the company not just extracting play money.

Placing one = Cuda / Cash buffer
Potential placing two = field development ( but far from being fact )

I’m really really looking forward to the day when Art realises how important it is to provide consistent accurate information to stop toxic speculation and that includes both excessive ramping as well as fear mongering.

Thanks so much for the varying and excellent posts. Much appreciated, it’s been on my mind all day and didn’t want to post that during trading hours to fuel the trolls.

I’ve long now suspected a placing being worked. Now suspect another one. But that’s not my point my point is that to that argument people say “But arts bought shares” so why?, to make us not believe he would place again? Place enough to “pay him back” probably. Do people really think he bought shares and is so thick he would buy a chunk before releasing that RNS and thus diving the share price? Why would he do that??? Why not buy shares now after dropping the price?? Why did he buy before?? he knew what the RNS contained and what it would do.. so was it a to put us in false hopes? It makes no sense.

Or had the market just completely overreacted and he has no idea this would happen, even though he’s recently hired a top finance man..

Ignoring placing talk please, I’m struggling to find a reason why he bought shares before this RNS and is not buying after?

Deejay you shouldn’t be investing if you don’t know what a trader is mate!

But if your asking what I mean by my comment I’m actually referring to manipulative trading. You know, like talking crap to get your way, spooking investors, manipulating people in an attempt to get a better price etc. Many here do it. I find that sort of thing very lame, but Art seems to feed them far more than he thinks of his larger long term investors.

Throw us a bone Art some of us been here and supported you long ago, all you do is support the traders and shorters.

Would like to see another RNS Monday morning to smoke the shorters and manipulation traders. Would love that.

Arts methods and behaviour has really hit a nerve & just hope that he has a master plan. Not convinced the low production figures ( we did expect circa 2000bopd to be announced ) are legit, the wells could easily ( imo ) be producing far more. High pressures and upgraded equipment to me means that we are intentionally capping output, perhaps cuda related, perhaps due to temporary equipment issues. Current bopd is very very likely to be a lot lower than is possible and am very confident we will very quickly be generating many multiples soon. Also resolute that things are going on behind closed doors that will have an eventual huge positive impact on our market cap. Just painful to have to be collateral in the process.

Tiburn it already says in the RNS “confirmed discovery”

Gold.. we have the current resources and ability to be producing far more from current sources.. you are not looking past your nose mate. 2000bopd is far short of what is currently capable.. and generated revenue from increased production is more than enough to service debts. Hate to point it out but Art has an actual specialist focusing on this.

Duster, I think that’s a very real and plausible possibility. The problem with this company is unlike most others COPL is extremely hard to understand predict and seems to operate in the shadows.

Gold, that makes you look a bit clueless. Reserves in relation to debt is actually very low. Companies with far less have far more debt at this stage and don’t even produce.

Last I checked Pb fair value was around the 90p - 140p region

AJEP. That is essentially my line of thinking but find it hard to trust that Art is actually that clever…

With the US taking the stance it has its very likely a major would be making “local” resources a high priority.

My hope is that he may have known people would sell on this recent news ( claims he does not like traders / shorters ) this news may open up new shorts and also makes people sell. Only to then release news that completely screws the shorts and catches the traders out. ( so close to cuda and Q1 )

I’m really not sure though that Art is actually that intelligent to pull such a move but the man a certainly cunning!

It does rely on some serious interest in Copl and in the current climate their must be at least some!

My Only hope right there baserite! Fingers crossed. Someone’s certainly taking advantage of the dip.
