Hope your right ourjambo and well done for being able to have a reasonable and thought out post, I appreciate that. That argument against placing is good, and very much hope true! perhaps I’m cynical as been here a while and feel like very much watching history repeating! it’s got all the signs that’s all. Do hope you are right.

Of course many anti placing here also very pro cuda which is super ironic.. imo if there was a placing it would be to fast track new wells, which would also make them happy.

People seem to think placings just = dilution without value.. except here it’s got us great assets, the problem though, is that they have yet to improve the sp…

Not because of the chatter, but because that’s what’s been happening all the time.. a few days ago we had a nice rise followed by a drop.. based on positive chatter..

The chatter has nothing to do with it… it’s the selling and churning that never seems to end.

If so, let’s hope if it’s announced it comes with some very very good news. And if no placing then some Tr1s.. & some good updates that stop us from eternally speculating..

Iron I think we possibly are very different investors, but like you would not be surprised if another placing was announced. It would make sense if we haven’t had anyone wishing to partner with us yet and if Art knows he got cuda, and needs more money to develop further and quickly..

It would make sense, and would justify once again the action we’ve been seeing. It looks very much like last time…

It really looks like another one is being put through the mill.

And would any of us LTH really be surprised.

Going by the RNS reports it all sort of makes sense, if you don’t look into it too deeply..

We acquire Atomic,
Wookie happy,
get suspended,
come back to market expecting to be many multiples,
start flooding,
nose dive on selling,
Wookie gets annoyed,
drop so low the sp doesn’t even reflect the door mat,
Wookie hold,
run into pressure issues and get lower than expected production,
higher pressure a good sign but equipment struggled with it, upgraded wells,
Wookie happy,
Find out had a placing to acquire cuda, explains some selling,
Wookie gets annoyed,
5000bopd end of year target missed,
Make a claim to have found one of the biggest onshore discoveries in decades,
Wookie happy,
Sp languishes and more selling, still production low
Wookie gets annoyed,
War starts as Russia invades Ukraine,
Wookie sad, but rising prices good for investment,
Sp continues to react poorly,
Wookie angry, Wookie waiting, Wookie sceptical.

Wookie Expects soon:
Cpr =truth or lie
Cuda, = buy or deny
Production = low to high
Takeover or JV = can start to see why
Sp = if you believe half what they say should fly.

And that, thereabouts; in a nut shell, is my personal stance on the matter.

Because we all know bud is the currency in America.

Well the last p word, or shall we just say placing, as that’s what it was, was for, by all accounts, the money to bud for cuda. Being a specific amount he must have had a very good idea of what sort of offer would be accepted and also justify the “placing”.

I don’t think you can get gazumped if your bid has been successful. And bids have already gone in?

it’s been one hell of a trading range, wish I was a trader, just don’t have the time currently or want to risk selling at this stage. Don’t have the time for trading small ins and outs.

Panamabob there can only be a few reasons. Has anyone worked out all the rounded sell amounts?

- forward selling a massive placing. ( to develop ) this is a strong possibility looking at the trades.
- still unloading and churning the last placing.. surely done now?.. if not then maybe it is as above..
- Art selling up due to things not going well with production.
- A major taking shares and some sort of share swap.
- serious problems and those in the know unloading.
- the market still not taking anything into account.

Something not right is going on and has been going on so don’t anyone waste your time saying sell up and all that lame chat. Just look at it.

The complete lack of coms now can only be one of two things.
- really really good news coming.
- or really really bad news coming.

Don’t know why but for me, and my limited knowledge of Art I think he’s up to something. Worst case is that the cpr carrot and small purchase was a trick to keep the sp up and unload much much more. But hopefully it’s all about upping production at atomic sites, sorting this super boring cuda situation and verifying his discovery.

The lack of news and no real clear info means that it’s easy to worry. But just going by RNS reports it’s a sit on hands for me also.. still.

Can’t be arsed with the politics or the games. But we need updates Art.

Put it this way, if the next piece of news is essentially a fail copl has really messed up.

Personally think he’s working & waiting on something big. But doesn’t make this eternal back and forth and news black out any easier.

Of course oil prices and demand for O&G is great for us ( not that the sp reflects it!!!! ) it’s had no effect and we are still stuck around this price after months and months.

What we need is updates, news flow and better production.
