RE: Where did all the posts go?6 Apr 2022 09:22
I emailed Cathy Hume the CEO at CHF Investor Relations, basically just asking a few questions to get some information and clarity, I received a quick reply, hope this is helpful.
Below are the questions and then the email reply.

(1). It has never been confirmed that Copl actually made a bid for Cuda, can you confirm this and if they did do you know when an announcement is likely to be made stating if it was successful and any timings for court case etc.
(2). After the RNS on 10/01/2022, Confirming the Significant Oil Discovery.
It was mentioned that the discovery would be verified by an expert independent assessor = CPR by Ryder Scott. Can you confirm if this had already been started at the time of the RNS or after, or if it is even required.
(3). There is a lot of talk/rumours about a joint venture, have you any info to share that will confirm or deny this.
(4). As always there is a lot of talk/rumours about a Takeover by one of the major oil companies, could this happen and have any bidders come foreword.

Hi John:
Naturally they want that asset so indeed they made an offer. Arthur told me that within weeks we will have an answer. He also explained that he has been talking to his institutional investors and they are pleased with the progress the COPL team has make in such a short timeframe. At this time they are in a blackout however he is likely to do an interview or webinar once the news of the CUDA is out. And they will do webinars after each quarter as a way to keep shareholders well informed.
Yes RS has been working on the CPR as in order to speak about what they have they need to be able to refer to a qualified, independent report.
I have not heard anything about a JV or takeover by a major. I feel it is a little too early to be taken over since they shares have considerable upside from here.
In closing, Arthur is very excited and hopes that our shareholders will see what a great story COPL has become and hang on for better days.
Kind Regards,
Cathy
